Very poor experience. The staff was rude, and the service quality was extremely low. There was no attention to detail, and it felt like they were just trying to finish quickly rather than doing a good job. I regret choosing this place.

Spoke to Harman and described our leaky issue to him, with address and type of roofing material. Appt was then confirmed for his crew to show the following day for the repairs. Got a call the evening before and was told that they looked at the house on Google Maps and decided its too steep and/or sliperry for them to want to attempt any repairs. Also the fact that ours being a tiled roof, they won't want to be responsible for any breakage. Talk about being professional roofers heh!! Go figure. He suggested we contact the orig builder instead, Goodness, house was built 29 years ago, guys! Good luck with that! He then said his crew recommends that we replace the entire roofing system!! Jeez guys. Are you guys serious or what?! Wow...29 yr old tiled roofs are non-repairable eh? Tell me about it. Hahahah How professional is that?! Well, I suppose during this period of the Atmospheric River, this company must be so swamped they'll only rely on Google Maps to evaluate any roofing issues. Won't even bother to send someone to see if its simply a skylight replacement which I'm sure it is, rather than to suggest a $20+k roof job! Update: we've since gotten 2 other PROFESSIONAL roofers' highly reasonable quotes which are under consideration. Both of whom sent their crew over right away without qualms and truly WITHOUT any evaluation CHARGES, climbing into our attic and then up onto the roof. Yes, our tiled roof, with professional care! Unlike some so-claimed pro-roofer who preferred the 'armchair' method, relying on Google Maps and Earth to pre-qualify...sadly! Anyway, thanks for your good wishes and good luck to you and your crew. Be safe and stay on the ground.

Hi, I appreciate you leaving a detailed review for our small family owned business and I understand your frustrations. We are always upfront and have the best interest of the customer. We didn't want to cause further damages to your roof and explained the reasoning. We didn't take any sort of payment, didn't charge to come out to estimate and told you the night of, so you can find someone who might be able to help you. I hope your leak is fixed soon and happy new year! :)

Harmon was very informative when asked what to use to remove moss from my duriod shingle roof. He adheres to safe practices so that the roof integrity is not affected.

The guys did a good job on my parents’ roof and gutters. Harman was easy to talk to before and during the process. I recommend their services as their pricing was quite fair and affordable compared to others quotes we’ve received.

We hired Paragon Roofing for re-roofing work on our commercial retail building in Vancouver. They did a great job and completed the project on time in severe cold rainy weather. They may not be the cheapest option, but you get what you pay for, and in this case it was worth it. I would definitely recommend them.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Paragon Roofing and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the initial inspection to the completion of the job, their team was professional, responsive, and clearly knowledgeable. They explained the process in detail, provided a fair quote, and completed the work on schedule. The quality of the roofing work looks excellent and the crew kept the area clean throughout the project. If you’re looking for a reliable roofing company that stands behind their work, I’d definitely recommend Paragon Roofing.

I’ve been doing some research for a property project we’re looking into in the area and Paragon was recommended by a local contact. I reached out with a few questions regarding their materials and lead times, and they were incredibly helpful and professional over the phone. It’s great to find a team that’s so easy to communicate with from a distance. High quality service.
