Once the contract was signed, communication collapsed. We were constantly chasing updates. When we would ask about the repeated delays, Jimmy was rude, dismissive, and condescending to both me and my wife. His behavior was beyond …

These guys were absolutely fantastic. They were there early in the morning and finished rhe whole roof before 3 pm. My sister and I could not be happier. Got way more than what we expected. Oh and they could not have been nicer. They did not try to scam, over price or cheat us. Highly recommended

The product and the service and the communication were high quality, but what really got me was how carefully they protected my garden and in particular my prize iris collection which was in full bloom at the time of the work. Every single …

I have a property in Philadelphia that has a flat roof, which has leaked a number of times over the last 3-5 years, due to heavy wind, rain, and snow freezing into ice. Now that it is a rental property with tenants, dealing with these leaks …

Needed new roof. Pleasant experience all around. Everything was explained in detail ahead of time with no pressure to commit. Once project started the information and updates continued to flow all the way to completion. Pictures and videos sent throughout the day. Highly recommend this company. Very kind and knowledgeable people. Thanks for job well done!!

Great experience from the proposal meeting to the install and then the clean up... Anyone looking for a replacement for their old roof, should talk to Paragon Exteriors. Everything that was communicated to me during the proposal meeting was executed at my house... I have always talked to a variety of my neighbors and based on my results more neighbors will be using Paragon Exteriors to replace their current roof..

I met Max, one of the owners of the company for a roof inspection. We found some leaks in the attic and I ended up getting a new roof two weeks later. I would highly recommend Paragon Exterior if you are in Phoenixville or surrounding areas. Efficient work. Beautiful finished product. Great cleanup afterwards.

We initially found Paragon on the Thumbtack app, where they have GREAT reviews. Typically, these guys do commercial work but they're breaking into residential in the Philadelphia area. I wouldn't even say that we took a gamble, because their commercial work and projects on the Main Line/Jersey are phenomenal. Ownership came to our house personally, given our extensive rodent and water damage on our siding, (which was original to our 1930s row home) to review options/financing/timelines, etc. We had the entire siding replaced on our Fairmount row home, due to the urgency of our exterior damage, which took only 3-4 days total. We initially signed right before the big snowstorms this winter, and the team was communicative even through delays that were NOT their fault - we just had to wait for the bad weather to break in order to start the work. Went with the James Hardie brand exterior, which was only marginally more expensive than the basic vinyl which wouldn’t have given us the full protection we were looking for. Doesn’t hurt that the end product looks phenomenal and will hopefully increase the house’s curb value. The on-site project team, project lead, and company leadership were all really respectful and great about setting expectations up front and communicating updates throughout. They even took a quick (free) look at some leaks we were having on the roof while on site for the inspection before the job. Big shoutout to Val (Co-Owner and siding/exterior lead), Jimmy (Co-Owner and roofing lead), Etai (Project Lead/Manager) and the rest of the team. These guys do great business. We will absolutely be hitting Paragon up for future projects! Fairmount & Philly neighbors - these guys are great - respectful, transparent, communicative, won't break the bank, yet delivers quality work!

It was great working with Jimmy. He was respectful and wasn’t pushy during the sales spiel. Scheduling the roof was quick and the roof was competed within two weeks. Found a little hiccup after the work was done but Jimmy sent someone right over to take care of it. Thanks again.

Great price for high quality materials and warranty. I was quoted a price I could not turn down after looking for someone to do my roof for the last couple of years. I had quotes that seemed quite high when getting estimates in the past and when you add gutters and skylights, the price gets a bit ridiculous. Paragon charged me what they quoted and used high quality, well known materials. We had rain over quite a few days after the roof was replaced and no leaks anywhere. The gutter recommendation was spot on as well so I am grateful for Paragon's expertise. I would recommend these guys if you need a new roof.
