  I have an issue with the roof-cap loose on a roof they replaced 4 years ago and they said they only warranty their labor for 2 years. How can they only standby their work for 2 years .....not good.

  I was wary of this company since they were coming door to door after a hail storm. One of my neighbors recommended them so I thought I’d give it a try. They called back and scheduled an appointment for a free inspection. Didn’t show up so I called the office to see what was up (I left work early for this appointment so I needed it to happen that day). They ended up sending someone else BUT the first guy who didn’t show claims he rescheduled with my husband, which wasn’t true. He didn’t even have my husbands contact info. So I don’t know what happened there. Fast forward a few days... my insurance company schedules a last minute appointment for the next day to look at the damage. I contact Justin that morning and apologize for the last minute notice to see if he’s available and didn’t get a response at all. I get it if he couldn’t fit it in at the last minute but at least acknowledge me. I was concerned about using them anyway since I can’t really find any reviews about their work, only that they are friendly and prompt (?!). Edited to add that they contacted me several times after posting this review, offering a gift card to remove it.

  We have tried to reach you several times but have been unsuccessful. I am writing in regards to the google review you had submitted on behalf of our company. I understand the beginning of your project had a lot of confusion, in the end we did complete your job. I am asking if you could remove or at the very least edit your review. It affects all employees within the company and it sounds like we took your money and ran away with it. Thank you for your time and consideration.

  Project manager was friendly and helpful up front while dealing with the insurance claim. Once roof was complete, the company refused to return calls for additional work that was agreed upon. Project manager hasn't answered calls, texts or emails in months.

  Company and employees are extremely professional from the beginning of quoting to finished project on site. The salesperson and office staff are very responsive. Job was completed in a timely manner beyond expectations.

  We recently had our roof replaced by the Team from Approved Contractors. Dave Shlamowitz oversaw every detail of the process from beginning through completion. He interfaced with the Insurance company, met with the adjuster and filed the necessary Township paperwork. His customer service and attention to detail is beyond measure. The roof was completed in 1 day and the crew was very careful about the property and landscaping; making sure all debris was thoroughly removed. I gave them 5-Stars and would highly recommend them! 🌟

  Was a pleasure dealing with Dave Shlamowitz he helped me get my roof approved by insurance and was professional, responsive, and honest. I would have preferred if he was on site the day of replacement, but he made up for it coming back the next day to address all my concerns. Overall very happy thank you so much!

  Approved was very easy to work with from the quoting process all the way through job completion. I needed a new roof, gutters and leaders. I went to three highly qualified contractors for quotes. Approved offered and provided upgraded Owens Corning materials for my project. Their price was highly competitive. There were no surprises throughout the installation process. I highly recommend Approved for your consideration.
