  It's a joke to get people to communicate with you in this business whether you're actually contracted with them or not they will not respond they're on vacation whatever you're not priority this company is a big fat joke

  The project Manager was nice when he came to set everything up for our roof repair. Communication beyond that point was poor. I contacted about adding gutters to the job and did not receive a confirmation of that. I sent the request via text and email. The day of the roofing project they told me I owed more than our contracted price and more than what Insurance had agreed to. The dumpster that was dropped for our roof job was not picked up. I contacted the project manager twice. He informed me that he had called the trash company for pick up . One week later I called the trash company myself and requested dumpster removal, they had not received any calls or emails requesting removal by the contractor. I called and spoke to the main office for Modern and let them know it was being removed. We also found PILES of nails in our yard after the roof was completed. 3 weeks after our roof was completed I received a text saying they would be coming the next day to do my gutters. The person who texted was very polite and professional. I did inform them that we no longer wanted the gutters because we had not received confirmation, we assumed they would not be done, we would not be available in less than 24 hour notice. This person was VERY polite and respectful.

  I highly do not recommend this company! As a contractor and a property manager and my cousin as an inspector. These guys do the bare minimum to meet code. They do not go over and above. This is not cool ti me. And they did not respect my property!!! This is a HARD STAY AWAY from me.

  They called and offered a free roof inspection. I politely declined, but the caller insisted, saying, “I’m not finished yet.” I responded, “Are you paying me for my time?” He then called me rude. If this is how they treat a potential lead, imagine how they'll behave once they have your money. Stay away from companies like this.

  I had a great experience working with Modern Roofing & Exteriors. I want to especially thank Aaron for being a great project manager throughout the process. He was professional, communicative, and made sure I understood what was going on every step of the way. I also want to thank Christian for going above and beyond to help me get my new roof, especially when I was dealing with some financial difficulties. He worked with me to find a solution and made the process much easier than I expected. I really appreciate everything Aaron and Christian did for me. They genuinely cared about helping me and getting the job done right. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.

  Our roof was completed last week! Great experience, start to finish! Our sales person Lucas was awesome, informative and so professional! Our foreman Bruno was great and so thorough. The crew worked so hard, were respectful of our property, they did a phenomenal job!! Thanks to all!!

  After a storm last year, our insurance company inspected our roof and told us everything looked fine. This spring, my neighbor had Modern Roofing & Exteriors inspect his home, so I decided to get a second opinion. I’m glad I did. Lucas Nina-Boedler came over same day, thoroughly inspected our property, and identified hail damage to both the roof and exterior that had been “missed”. From start to finish, Lucas made the entire process easy. His professionalism, communication, and attention to detail were outstanding, and he kept us informed every step of the way. The entire Modern Roofing & Exteriors team was excellent. From the roofing crew to the gutter and siding teams, everyone was courteous, efficient, and did high-quality work. The finished product looks fantastic, and the whole experience exceeded our expectations.   I Recently Had My Roof Replaced By Modern Exteriors. From The Beginning, I Had A Very POSITIVE Experience. The Consultant, Joe Moderski, Was Extremely Informative and Took The Time To Explain In Detail The Work and, more importantly, the cost of The Service. He researched various payment options until he found one that fit my needs. I am extremely thankful for Joe's dedication and commitment to find a plan that worked for my budget. The work was completed in one day, and the Modern Exteriors team did a good job of cleaning up and ensuring there was no material left on the property. I would recommend working with Modern Exteriors, (and Joe Moderski) for your roofing needs.
