Panorama City Roofing & Commercial Roof Repair builds top-quality roofs. We bought a home with an older double shingle roof, and like most buyers, we went through all the usual inspections before closing. At first the roof seemed okay for its age, but during a free roof inspection they found hidden issues that were easy to miss. They clearly explained the roof condition, showed us what needed attention, and made the whole roofing process simple to understand. We were ready to move forward with a brand new roof, but Curtis and the crew called a few days before severe weather was expected and wisely rescheduled the roof replacement until after it passed. We really appreciated that honesty, planning, and good judgment. That decision protected our investment and showed they cared about doing the job the right way, not just doing it fast. After the storm caused major damage around our home, our new roof was in excellent shape and looked pristine. The workmanship, roofing materials, and overall service were outstanding. Without their help, we likely would have had to wait much longer for a safe, reliable roof. The quality of the installation was excellent, and our family feels much more secure now.

I’ve used Panorama City Roofing & Commercial Roof Repair for new roof installs on several of my restaurant buildings and have been very pleased with the results. The team was professional, easy to work with, and explained the full roofing process step by step from inspection to final cleanup. They recently finished a flat Duralast roofing system on one of my restaurant properties, and the workmanship was excellent. They also shared helpful recommendations for drainage, roof protection, and warranty coverage so everything would be properly handled for the long term. Any time a roofing issue or small leak comes up, they respond quickly and take care of the repair without delay. Their crew does solid commercial roofing work, communicates well, and pays attention to detail. I would highly recommend them for flat roof installation, roof repair, and ongoing commercial roof maintenance.
