Best Roofing was contracted to replace the roofing systems in 83 buildings within our community, and I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the excellent work your company has done. Your personnel were consistently professional, courteous, and prompt. The project was originally estimated to take 14–16 months, and it was completed in just nine months—an impressive accomplishment. Our biggest concern was the hurricane season. Since the project began in March 2025, we worried about exposed roofs during storm season. Fortunately, 2025 brought no hurricanes, and—by the peak of last season—you had completed all the Greece buildings and approximately 50% of the Espana buildings. Best Roofing puts our concerns to rest through steady progress and clear communication. Whenever an issue arose, your team responded quickly and resolved it effectively. All of our owners are very happy with the quality of workmanship and the overall results. As for me, you have gained a customer for life. I will gladly recommend your services to any HOA or condominium association looking for a reliable roofing partner. Job well done! Best regards, Manuel Alvarez President, Kendall Breeze HOA

On behalf of everyone at Best Roofing, thank you again for your willingness to recommend us and especially for sharing that we have gained a customer for life. I was experiencing a leak from my shingles roof. I called out a roofing company who said they could easily fix the problem. Needless to say the first decent rain came and the roof was leaking worse than before. After several attempts said roofer was not able to stop the leak. That's where Best Roofing stepped in. Although it was a little more expensive I decided to give them a shot. The entire process from estimate to repair went smoothly and as promised. Workers showed up in a timely manner and were confident from the onset that the repair would take with no issues. They even did a water check prior to leaving to give me some piece of mind that it was done correctly! A Best Roofing safety inspector even came by to make sure their workers were following all safety protocols for the company. It's been almost a year and no leaks from the roof. Thank you Best Roofing for reestablishing my faith in the roofing industry!

Your trust and kind words mean a great deal to our entire team. Thank you again for allowing us to restore not only your roof, but also your confidence in the roofing industry!
