  Palmer Roofing was working on 2912 W Hood Ave the last couple of days (4/20 & 4/21). Palmer Roofing was hired bythe Country Squire HOA. We started to have water pour from the air duct in the living room at 1 am on 4/22. Apparently, Palmer Roofing didn’t check the weather forecast because rain was expected the prior evening and into the morning. The upstairs units had worst damage. This will be expensive for Palmer Roofing to correct.

If a warranty was under a prior homeowner’s name we cannot control that. The concerns with siding are outside of the scope of work you hired us for as well. Wishing you lots of success in the future

  Palmer Roofing is indeed the best roofing company in the Tri-Cities. From the estimator to the foreman to the working crew - could not have asked for a better team! The working crew - exceptional.......I had lots of questions - they took time to explain everything to me. Each night - the cleanup was more than appreciated.....not one nail in the driveway!

  We had a roof leak over the winter. We chose to go with Palmer Roofing and use Tufdek. We couldn’t be happier, they were quick, responsive, respectful, honest and transparent. Highly recommend this company.

  We have used Palmer Roofing a number of time over the years for roof repairs and were always pleased with the work. So we naturally had them install our new roof. They provided excellent customer service, workmanship and quality materials. The work crew were courteous and very diligent about clean up each day. Would definitely recommend Palmer Roofing!

  We have relied on Palmer Roofing for years and they never disappoint. Amazing customer service and a fast response time. From the receptionist, the estimator and the job foreman and his crew they all were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. You won’t regret calling them for your roofing repairs or replacement(they have done both for us over the years).

  Jose and Daniel just finished up replacing all my air vents of my original plastic vents to steel vents due to failure. They were everything I read on previous reviews. The whole experience from start to finish was deffinately a five star experience. Thank you Palmer Roofing, and thank you Jose and Daniel !

  The management and crew are awesome. The did a great job replacing my aged roof from wind damage. Tore off, hauled away waste and cleaned up the area like they were never there. Very hard working team I'd be glad to use their services again.

  This business has been around the Tri-Cities for at least 30 years. I have used them on several homes I have lived in, family and friends have also used them for roofing needs. They have always done a professional job and have been on time and on schedule.

  A little more spendy than the other roofers, but they completed on schedule, fully cleaned up after themselves, and not a single shingle moved in the recent extreme winds.
