Oringinal quote was miles away from my final bill (5k difference!), feels like I got scammed. Left shingle pieces and nails all over front and back yard, even in the neighbor's yards too. I expected some but it was terrible, especially the nails. Also lots of cigarette butts. Just plain disrespectful. I hope my roof has more quality than the people that installed it and billed me.

Abysmal customer service. I called on 5/23/2018 to ask for a quote and was told that they'd get back to me the next day. By 5/29, I had not yet heard back, so I called again and was told …

Paitson roofing and siding is a wonderful business. When I called yesterday, about a slight problem they were at my house within 30 minutes. Jeremy came back today to fix the problem. Very nice honest, reliable people to work with.

Absolutely wonderful to work with! Paitson is honest, reliable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s rare to find such trustworthy people these days, and they truly went above and beyond. The quality of their work is second to none. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

What a great company to deal with. They are very thorough and noticed issues that none of the other Roofing Companies noticed. Would highly recommend.

We recently used Paitson Roofing to replace our roof after storm damage in June 2024. The sales, installation, and support of this installation was fantastic. Highly recommend.

Very professional! Utilize local, skilled labor over cheap labor options. Supervisor stays on site. Family owned and operated. True professionals of the roofing industry.

I am really pleased with my new roof. They did an exceptional job and were very friendly. I would recommend them to anyone. I was updated on thing they did. Their price was right and better than my other quotes. They hand nail every shingle with 4 nails. Thanks for a great job on my home.. Jack Young
