Called for an estimate after my roof blew off in a storm. Took them a week to send someone out, the guy was there for 5 minutes, said he’d get all the info from satellite pictures and send me a quote. I’ve called and emailed but have received absolutely no response. Incredibly unprofessional and frustrating. If a company doesn’t want to do the job, they should tell you that, not leave you hanging with roof damage! 0/10 would not recommend.

Never called me back with an estimate

• 1 out of 5Thomas Morton2 years ago

Asked for an estimate for roofing and siding. Guy came out and talked for about 30 minutes. He asked how we were going to pay for it and I told him that we had cash, said he would get the estimates back to us. It's been over a month and haven't heard from anyone. Makes me wonder about their quality.

They get great reviews for roofing, and maybe rightfully so. But we hired them for a smaller job - cleaning the gutters on our 2 story home, and also fixing a piece of gutter on the garage that was falling. Quoted $500 for all. They …

Ben and Zander did i fine job installing my new Leaf Blaster gutter system at my home 8/19/26. If it wasn't for the rain they would been done in a day. Looks great. Thanks men. Good luck Zander.

Thank you for the thoughtful and honest review, Steven! Long term customers like you mean everything to us and we are grateful for the trust you have placed in Guarantee Roofing & Fence over the years. You were absolutely right to bring that concern to our attention and we appreciate you giving us the opportunity to make it right. A misdiagnosis on the first visit is not the standard we hold ourselves to and the least we could do was own that and resolve it fairly. We believe that how a company handles things when they do not go perfectly says just as much about their character as when everything goes smoothly, and we are glad that came through for you. We look forward to continuing to earn your trust for many more years in Brokaw's Subdivision here in the Wabash Valley.

Great crew of Glen, Ben and Zander! Were very efficient, getting a complex job done in less than two days. Very friendly and worked to meet my requirements. Zander even helped my invalid wife to get in and out of the car! I would highly recommend these guys to anyone.

Thank you so much, Terry! Glen, Ben, and Zander will be so touched to read this, and that moment with your wife says everything about the kind of people they are. Going above and beyond the job itself to help someone in need is not something you can train, it comes from genuine character, and we are incredibly proud to have people like that representing Guarantee Roofing & Fence every single day. Wrapping up a complex job in under two days while making sure everything met your specific requirements is no small feat either. We truly appreciate the heartfelt recommendation and hope to be your first call for any roofing or fencing needs in the Wabash Valley down the road. Thank you for sharing that, it really means a lot to all of us!

Guys did a great job replacing ridge vents that had been installed improperly by initial builder. Got it done quickly and cleaned up debris. Thank you.

We had a huge storm in Marshall and a massive tree came down on the house. We texted our contact who helped with our fence and they were out at our house by 6:45 am the following morning. The crew was amazing, knew we were a little shook up and took great care of us. I cannot thank them enough for getting us back to normal and how quickly they were able to get us cleaned up!

A fence changes how you actually use your backyard. Not just the property line. The way you live outside. The difference between a yard you glance at through the window and one where the kids play, the dog runs free, and you actually spend your evenings. Guarantee Roofing and Fence has been building fences across Terre Haute since 1919. Wood, vinyl, aluminum, and chain link. Every project designed around your specific lot, your HOA requirements if you have them, and how your family actually plans to use the space. We are not a franchise and we are not a company that showed up last season. We are a veteran-owned Indiana company with local crews who live in the same communities they serve, licensed and insured, and backed by over 107 years of Indiana craftsmanship. The details most homeowners never think about are the ones that matter most. Post depth below the frost line so your fence does not heave through winter. Proper concrete curing before panel installation. Permits pulled where required. We handle every part of it correctly the first time.6 days agoCall now
