  I had the worst experience with this company. First, they gave me a quote and said they would be there within the next three days to get my roof repaired. No one contacted me until a whole week later. Josh finally texted me the following week and said they would be there before the weekend. They didn’t show up. I called to ask and no one answered the phone. They finally text me and say they will be there Monday evening. The crew showed up and got the job done. Bryland came to check it the next day and I paid them. I then get a text 3 weeks later from Josh with an invoice saying I never paid. I reply with a screenshot of my receipt showing I did. He says he will put it in my file. Then, I get a text 2 months after the job was completed, saying I only paid $50. Once again, I send them the screenshot showing I did pay. The woman says she will send me an updated invoice immediately. I didn’t get one until I asked for it later that afternoon. These people have very poor communication. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. I’m only giving them 2 stars because the employees who actually did the repair did a nice job.

  Hello Jennifer. This is Josh, owner of VIP Roofing & Exteriors. You are correct, we are 100% not perfect. We typically don’t accept Venmo as a form of payment. But we did for you to help. In the end that was a mistake, because it got us off of our game in our process. We have since remedied that situation and will be better the next time. We are terribly sorry for your experience.

  I had a great experience with VIP roofing. They were quick to answer and quick to come and put a new roof on for me. My roof looks great and has rained with no more leaks. Very happy with the service and results!

  The crew changed siding and removed a door in a day and a half. They did an excellent job and cleaned up afterwards. They will get more work from me in the future.

  Absolutely will recommend VIP to everyone. After literally begging my insurance company to fix my roof due to storm damage in March we called VIP, Casey was quick to call the insurance company and get everything going for our replacement roof. The crew went above and beyond to get everything done and they did an amazing job! And the clean up was extremely thorough, excellent service and great people!

  Honestly, 5 out of 5 stars. I heard an ad on the radio for a free roofing inspection and gutter cleaning. I went ahead and gave them a call for the house I was purchasing within the next month. They sent out a rep within two days. While I didn't get the free gutter cleaning, I was given a professional inspection of the roof and wasn't pushed to purchase. VIP did check in every now and then to make sure things were going okay and to see if i needed anything. A couple months pass and I've purchased the home and turns out, I do need a new roof. Bryland did what he could to help, even though I ended up contracting with someone else. I'll still give this company a 5 star rating even though I didn't have work done with them, just for their customer service and willingness to see you through.

  Great company to work with. They were quick to respond, great communication and completed job quickly. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them. It’s been very difficult to find anyone who would respond, show up to appointments or follow up with estimates. VIP did them all.

  The VIP team did a great job communicating throughout the project. They helped ensure they would get my Mom's roof was completed in one day. The crew stayed until 9pm making sure everything was cleaned up before they left.

  VIP Roofing did an amazing job! They came and completed the project in one day and I couldn’t be happier! Riley was awesome to work with in the beginning and the team did an amazing job once they got here to do the job! I recommend them for any project you need done!

  Just had roof replacement done. Quick response, prices in line with other quotes. Their quick response to my questions gave them the job. Charlie was a great help nailing down a price, explaining material options. The crew was great. Finished everything in one day. Great cleanup. Will know quality of workmanship after next major rain😁.
