I hate doing this, but I have to leave an honest review. This is the least reliable organization I have ever worked with when it comes to scheduling and communication. We hired Painter Roofing and Construction about 6 months ago to do some fixes to our roof. During that process we had to work with them multiple times to make the full repair because the workers would arrive and say only part of the fix was on their work order and would not complete the rest of the job. After a lot of back and forth, PRC finished everything and if that was the end of the story I wouldn't be leaving this review. Fast forward 6 months, and we have another water leak - one in the same area they worked on that is under warranty and another in another area. They came out the evaluate the job and said they would come back after talking to the office about scheduling. In the last couple of weeks I have called them multiple times, sent in an inquiry through the website, and done everything to attempt to get an update on when they would be coming out with zero answer. Every time I call someone at the office says they have taken notes, but will have the office manager call back shortly... Still no responses to email, calls, or other messages. We're now looking for a new contractor and will never recommend PRC to anyone because of this experience.

We are so sorry for the miscommunication and lack of response. I know that we were scheduled to look at it and one of our team came down sick but that’s no excuse for this not being rescheduled or communicated to you. Thanks for the review and we will certainly work on making sure that our team is better at communicating with customers

I had some outdoor tile work done. They did an excellent job and I was pleased they took the time to find tiles almost identical to the existing ones. I am very happy with the result and overall professionalism.

We had our roof replaced a few months ago, and the difference is noticeable every time I pull into the driveway. The crew arrived right on schedule and worked with impressive efficiency. They were courteous to my family and even took extra care around our flower beds. The finished result looks clean, sturdy, and professionally done.

I had a minor repair request that turned into a full inspection because they wanted to ensure there weren’t hidden issues. That approach felt cautious rather than sales-driven. They fixed a loose ridge cap and sealed a couple of small gaps. …

I wasn’t sure if I needed repair or full replacement, so I asked them for an inspection. They didn’t immediately push for replacement like others did. Instead, they identified only two problem sections that needed attention and left the rest untouched. That honesty saved me a lot of money. The repair work was done carefully, though scheduling took a bit longer than I expected. After completion, they checked everything twice and even followed up a few days later to confirm no leaks appeared after rainfall.

I wish there were more than 5 stars to choose from! Mr. Painter and his crew were kind, patient and professional. They completed our roof project in only 1.5 days and the estimate provided before hand was spot on, even with some extra cladding and wood requirements. You cannot go wrong with Painter Roofing.
