  The roof installed in 2019 with their "lifetime" warranty leaked and caused $7k in damage. They showed up, took a bunch of CYA photos, spread a lot of blame, caulked some, but never actually found the leak. While repairing the damage another contractor was able to pinpoint the still leaking source of the problem. Don't expect any help from them and all their warranty promises.

  I so wanted to support a young entrepreneur, but after months of dealing with Josh, I have to recommend against his company. We hired him for a full roof replacement and have had months of leaks around our skylights which were improperly sealed. This resulted in interior damage. Most damage was caused by the questionable “diagnostic” work his guys did where they used our hose to pour water onto the leaking roof. This caused water to pour in and for our ceiling to buckle. Josh continues to refuse to personally even come out to ensure the work was done right or view the interior damage they caused. We are hopeful that the latest repair holds, but he has made it clear the interior damage they caused is not something he will pay for. Very disappointing and a waste of time.

  I highly recommend Nest Roofing! From the very beginning, Miguel made the entire process easy and stress-free. He came out to assess my roof, thoroughly explained my options, and provided a fair bid. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and never used high-pressure sales tactics. Most importantly, he followed through on everything he promised and completed each step within the timeframe he outlined. Once the project began, Connor, the project manager, took over and continued that same level of professionalism. He managed an outstanding crew, coordinated scheduling and material delivery seamlessly, kept me informed every step of the way, and ensured the job was completed to the highest standards. The crew worked efficiently, did excellent work, and left my property spotless when they were finished. Nest Roofing made what could have been a stressful project incredibly smooth from start to finish. Their communication, professionalism, and quality of workmanship exceeded my expectations.   I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Nest Exteriors. I contacted them about a problem with a nest in my attic that needed to be removed. Connor responded quickly and told me he would come out to inspect the situation and provide an estimate. What immediately impressed me was that he arrived exactly when he said he would. In today's world, that level of professionalism and reliability really stands out. Connor climbed into the attic, confirmed the presence of a nest, and took photos to show me exactly what he found. He took the time to explain the situation clearly and explained that the repair should be completed as soon as possible before the nesting situation became more complicated. Recognizing the urgency, Connor arranged for an experienced crew to come out the very next morning. They arrived as scheduled, completed the repair, and provided extensive photographs documenting both the work performed and the overall condition of the roof. I appreciated the thoroughness and transparency throughout the entire process. This was not an easy job. Our townhouse is very tall, requiring what I believe was a 40-foot ladder, and the roof is quite steep. Despite the challenges, the crew handled the work professionally and efficiently. What impressed me most was Nest Exteriors' willingness to respond on short notice and take on a relatively small job that was nevertheless very important to us. Many companies focus only on large projects, but Nest treated our problem with urgency and professionalism from start to finish. For a fair price, they solved the problem quickly, communicated clearly, showed up when promised, and delivered excellent work. I would not hesitate to recommend Nest Exteriors to friends, neighbors, and anyone looking for a trustworthy roofing and exterior contractors.

  We would use Nest again even though they put the same new roof and decking on our home 2 times over 3 months! Not because they HAD TO but because THEY OFFERED TO. During the first time inspection, Connor, the job supervisor noticed too wide a color variation in the shingles that had been installed. For the 2 months that followed, Connor kept in close touch with us as Nest worked out an agreement with the shingle manufacturer to replace our entire roof, decking and all, a second time. This came at no cost to us and even included some compensation back to us for the inconvenience! Will your internet search find another company that stands by their work and reputation at a competitive price like Nest just did for us? If you think so, keep searching. If you are doing your due diligence, I'd say you can stop now because you won't find another company that stands by their work more than Nest has done for us. Cliff D. Arlington VA

  I discovered a leak in my roof late in the evening of March 12, 2026. I began making calls on the morning of March 13. At 9AM I contacted Nest Exteriors. Much to my surprise and relief they were able to send someone to meet with me just an hour and a half later . Andrew did an amazing job! He spent about an hour up on the roof and in the attic looking for the cause of the leak. He took photos of the damage and reported that the issue was a ridge vent that had failed. I was not surprised to hear that given the age of the roof. He went above and beyond the call of duty and even nailed a tarp over the failed section of the roof, as major storms were called for on Monday, March 16. The tarp saved my home from major damage to the insulation in my attic and interior ceilings. It could have been a disaster. All I can do is thank him for for his diligence, expertise, and professionalism. I happily signed a contract to replace the roof and failing underlayment. This part of the process should serve as a how to for all companies to follow. I can’t give high enough praise about this phase of the job! The roof replacement was scheduled to be done on 3/26/26 which exceeded my expectations as far as how quickly the roof could be replaced. Materials were dropped off on on the morning of March 25. I was told that a crew would arrive between 7 and 8 the next morning. Sure enough the crew arrived at 6:45. They were polite, professional, and completed the work by 4:30 PM. The work was done expertly and the clean up was immaculate. Again, a 5 out of 5 on the installation and quality of work. I’m happy to report that my roof is now stronger than ever and I have no issues. Conner was on top of the installation process and called me to make sure I was happy with the work. When I shared that there was one minor issue in regards to attic fan not being set properly he made sure the issue was corrected. He also came out to address and personally repair a crack in

  Nest came by and conducted a 90 minute inspection of my roof and gave me an exhaustive report with an estimate for both repair and replacement. I went with the repair which was carried out by a conscientious, competent team. In the dubious universe of roofing services, these guys are a welcome option.
