  I am incredibly disappointed with the business practices of Affordable Home Solutions. A sales representative actively ignored the clear "No Soliciting" sign posted on my door and knocked anyway. When I answered, the salesman used a deceptive and manipulative pitch, claiming that they "were sent out here to conduct inspections." This phrasing is intentionally designed to create a false sense of urgency and imply official approval or necessity, which is misleading to homeowners. After speaking with him, the salesman walked away to huddle with another one of their sales reps in the neighborhood. Instead of moving on, both men began laughing. To top it off, the second sales person then came back up to my door, opened the storm door, and shoved a business card in it. Disregarding posted signage is a major red flag, but mocking a homeowner for protecting their peace of mind takes the unprofessionalism to another level. I would never trust a company that employs individuals who treat residents with this level of disrespect. I strongly advise avoiding Affordable Home Solutions—if they are willing to use deceptive pitches and mock potential clients on the street, I can only imagine what they would do if hired to work on a roof.

  Beware they will tell your insurance company that they’re going to complete work that is completely different from what your insurance company has agreed to pay. They will also tell you to lie to submit paperwork to your insurance about the work order being completed which is false. They encourage you to complete work that they will get more money for first. It took them months and months to actually even do the roof replacement. They fired all the sales people that we talked to initially. I was never contacted by the company after they fired the sales people until I reached out directly to the former associate and he let me know he has been laid off. When I called the company, they had no idea that the sales person had been laid off. I asked to be reassigned to a new sales person or a project manager and never heard back from anyone. They expect you to manage your entire Roofing project by yourself. They demand that you pay them for work that was authorized by the insurance company but they decided to do something else that was not authorized. The owner is an unprofessional and this company is a scam.

  I would like to say thank you to Ross Cooper, Lukas Turner, Rama and I think the other gentleman was Kyle for outstanding communications throughout the process of my roof being replaced. They were very thorough in detail with photos, style if shingles and colors. Please to say they all done a great job. I highly recommend Affordable Home Solutions.

  My experience with Affordable Homes Was nothing short of excellent. At first, they came to my house, informing me that my shingles were outdated and that we can work with the insurance to get it covered. I typically don’t answer the door But I’m so glad that I did. If you give Their Team a a chance, I promise you won’t regret it! We paid a little bit more to upgrade to the Better shingle And got a 50 year warranty. Originally, we were just going to pay the deductible But after their presentation, we saw that we would need a lot of plywood and ventilation Added To increase the longevity of our new roof roofing system. Their team included new plywood and soffit with the 50 Year Roof. After Two days of work they completely transformed our home!

  Just completed the final process for a new roof constructed by AHS. I was thoroughly impressed with AHS’s personnel specifically Brock Doctson. He took us through the entire process from talking to the insurance company to physically coming to the house for payment when needed. He explained the entire process in great deal and was very attentive in following up/answering any questions. As I told him, I wish there were more people in the world like him. It would be a better place. AHS should be very proud of his work ethic! Will recommend this company to anyone. Thanks Brock and AHS!

  We had our roof replaced last month by AHS and the process was great. Kevin Diaz came out and did a great job with the initial roof inspection and walk through of the process. Rama did a fantastic job with explaining the options and costs and getting everything setup and then keeping on top of everything. The crew was friendly and professional and did an excellent job with the install and the cleanup. Finally, Lukas Turner was great with the post install inspection and walkaround. We were very happy with the process and the results and highly recommend AHS for anyone looking to have work done.

A roof that cannot breathe wears out from underneath. Poor attic venting traps moisture all winter, rots decking, and shortens shingle life years before it should end. We check intake and exhaust on every inspection, then install a balanced system that actually moves air. Ask about attic venting when you book your free inspection.4 days ago
