The critical reviews

The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.

We hold no one or two-star review text for Pacific Roofing Company Seattle. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.

Pacific Roofing Company Seattle helped us figure out why the attic felt damp even though there was no obvious roof leak. They inspected the roof and ventilation, found that a couple of vents were partially blocked, and noticed some worn sealing around one of them. The crew cleared the airflow, repaired the weak area, and checked the surrounding shingles while they were up there. They were honest about what needed attention, didn’t try to turn it into a bigger job, and left everything clean when they finished. The attic already feels noticeably drier, and we’re glad we had it handled before it caused mold or wood damage.

We hired Pacific Roofing Company Seattle after noticing several missing shingles and a small leak around one of our roof vents following a stretch of heavy rain. Tommy came out to inspect the roof, showed us photos of the damaged areas, and explained exactly what needed to be repaired without trying to sell us a full replacement. The crew arrived when scheduled, replaced the damaged shingles, installed new flashing around the vent, and checked the surrounding sections to make sure there were no other weak spots. They kept the yard clean throughout the job, picked up every piece of debris, and finished everything the same day. Since the repair, we've had multiple rainy days with no leaks at all. If you're looking for dependable roofing companies in Seattle, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pacific Roofing Company Seattle.

We had a skylight that started dripping during heavy rain, and Pacific Roofing Company Seattle found that the flashing and seal around it had worn out. They explained the problem clearly, completed the repair without trying to sell us unnecessary work, and cleaned everything up afterward. The next storm came through with no leaks at all. Reliable team and very fair pricing.

Pacific Roofing Company Seattle came out after we noticed a small water mark near the ceiling following several days of steady rain. They inspected the roof carefully, found a problem around one of the vents, and explained the repair without trying to turn it into a larger project. The crew arrived on time, replaced the damaged flashing, sealed the surrounding area, and checked the nearby shingles before leaving. Everything was handled neatly, communication was straightforward, and the property was left clean. We’ve had more rain since and the spot has stayed completely dry.

Pacific Roofing Company Seattle repaired a leak around our skylight and did a really solid job. They found the worn flashing, explained the repair clearly, and fixed it without trying to sell us a whole new roof. The crew was on time, kept everything clean, and the skylight has stayed dry through several rainy days since.

Amazing experience! 👏 A few siding panels around an upstairs window had started swelling and separating after years of rain, so we contacted Pacific Roofing Company Seattle to take a look. They found moisture behind the damaged section, removed the compromised material, checked the wall underneath, and installed new siding that blends naturally with the rest of the house. The crew worked carefully around the landscaping, kept everything organized, and sealed the trim and edges properly before finishing. The repaired area looks clean and solid, and we appreciated that they focused only on what actually needed attention. Highly recommend!

A water stain near the upstairs hallway was what finally made us call Pacific Roofing Company Seattle. The leak turned out to be coming from a small separation around the flashing where two roof sections meet, not from the area directly above the stain. They took photos, explained why the water was traveling, and gave us a repair option that made sense without recommending a full replacement. The crew removed the worn materials, rebuilt the transition properly, and checked the surrounding shingles before finishing. Everything was handled neatly, the price stayed consistent with the estimate, and the ceiling has remained dry through several days of rain.

Pacific Roofing Company Seattle helped us after water started appearing where the lower roof meets the second-story wall. They inspected the transition carefully and found that the step flashing had been installed poorly during an older renovation. The crew removed the affected shingles, corrected the flashing, and sealed everything properly without trying to turn it into a full roof replacement. They kept us updated, worked neatly around the house, and showed us photos of the completed repair. We’ve had several days of heavy rain since, and the inside wall has remained completely dry.

Pacific Roofing Company Seattle replaced several cracked siding panels near the back of our house, and the finished work looks excellent. They matched the existing color and style very closely, installed everything neatly, and made sure the trim and corners were finished cleanly. The crew was respectful of the property, kept the area organized, and removed all of the old material when they were done. The repaired section blends in naturally with the rest of the house, and we are very happy with the quality of the work.

Pacific Roofing Company Seattle repaired a leak near one of our roof vents, and they handled it much better than the last company we called. The crew found the actual source quickly, replaced the damaged materials, and showed us photos of the problem before and after the repair. They were straightforward about the cost, kept the area clean, and finished everything without trying to sell us a full roof replacement. We have had several heavy rains since then, and the leak has not returned.

Pacific Roofing Company Seattle came out after we noticed several shingles in the yard following a windstorm. They inspected the full roof, replaced the damaged areas, secured a few other loose sections, and checked the flashing and vents before leaving. The crew was professional, communication was easy, and they did not try to make the job larger than necessary. Everything was cleaned up properly and the roof has held up perfectly through the rain since the repair.

Pacific Roofing Company Seattle repaired the framing and sealing around our skylight after we noticed moisture forming along one corner. They inspected the area carefully, explained where the water was getting in, and completed the repair without pushing us toward a full replacement. The work was neat, the crew cleaned up afterward, and the skylight has stayed completely dry through several rainy days since.
