I needed to have my roof repaired and looked for a vendor via Thumbtack. Overstate responded to my request in less than 5 minutes, and within half an hour they were scheduled to come out, inspect, and give an estimate. They were very professional and courteous when they came to give the inspection. They quickly identified the issue and explained next steps, and their quote was competitive. The day of the work the team arrived promptly, confirmed the issue I was having with the roof and immediately started work. When they found an additional issue I was made aware provided photographs of what they found and given the options on how to proceed. They wrapped the work up and even provided photos once the work was done. They seemed to work quickly and efficiently, and I was very satisfied with the work and service. I also appreciated the 2 year guarantee for their work. I would definitely use them again.
