  Good Morning Robert. I’m a bit confused about what “trash” you’re speaking of. The only advertisements I can think of that you were talking about are very professionally made door hangers. We are a locally owned and operated roofing company working in the Abacoa area every day. We offer the highest level craftsmanship and most competitive pricing available. The door hanger was to intended to unobtrusively inform residents that we were working in the area and offering extensive neighborhood discounts. I apologize that this advertisement upset you the way that it did. If there is anything that we can do to make to make things right, please contact our office directly and ask for Aaron.   Luxe Builder Group (Wellington, FL) — I hired them for an $80K roofing job and while the roof itself passed city inspection, the experience from start to finish was deeply unprofessional. Here’s what I dealt with: • Threatened to walk off the job and cancel tile delivery over a payment dispute — before the tiles had even arrived on site. • Demanded payment for materials before they were delivered, which was not in our signed contract. • Their roofing work caused our AC to completely shut down. An HVAC tech confirmed the vibrations from hammering tripped the service disconnect in the attic. They refused to cover the $140 repair bill even though it was directly caused by their work. • When I asked if the crew could place old roof tiles in the dumpster on site, I was told to do it myself. • A pool deck drain cover was damaged during the job. Despite weeks of follow-up, it was never replaced. They strung me along saying they were “sourcing the part” — a part that costs under $50 and snaps in. • After I made my final payment, Aaron texted me claiming he had waived a rafter work charge to cover the drain cost — but the invoice never changed from day one. There was no waived charge. It was a revisionist move made 30 minutes after receiving final payment. • Communication throughout was inconsistent and I had to follow up repeatedly for basic updates. The roof did pass city inspection and they did provide a 20-year workmanship warranty, which I hope they honor better than they handled the rest of this project. The business conduct throughout — the threats, the refusal to cover damage they caused, and the last-minute games on the final invoice — is not what you expect when spending $80K. I would be cautious before hiring this company. In response to the owner’s reply: Every claim in my review is documented with text messages, invoices, and city inspection records. The owner signed an Unconditional Waiver & Release of Lien confirming $80,000 was paid in full. I never requeste

  Mr Lucia, we are completely taken back by this review. Your roof was completed perfectly. Efficiently & professionally managed with expert craftsmanship. All inspections passed on time and without issue. We accommodated you in many ways. We lowered pricing to meet your budget, changed our payment terms to accommodate your situation, rescheduled 3 days before commencement. We completed extra work at your request which was not in the contract. You were delinquent on every draw payment. We completed 75% of your project before you reluctantly paid us our first draw. We removed 100 tons of material from your roof and the only issue was a dime sized break in a plastic drain. We waived $250 in extra requested work to cover the $50 drain. Also, AC units are not damaged by working on the roof unless there is a pre-existing issue. We have completed over 1,000 roofs and not one AC has ever had an issue. We pride ourselves on our customer service and being a 5 star rated company. We wish you well and hope you love that stunning new roof built to last a lifetime.

  Just an incredible job by Luxe's Shane, Aaron, Nicole, Jon, William and Team! I was home for the entire project and was thoroughly impressed with so many things. The synchronization of the old roof's debris removal, delivery of new materials, materials being moved to the roof, and install of the new roof was impressive and 2nd to none. Prior to the actual work's commencement...clear and superior communication, along with the completion of required paperwork, allowed for solid timelines to be adhered to. Clean-up at the end of each workday was excellent and kept my HOA off my back. Protection of new driveway pavers, new flowers, and Bermuda sod was paramount to me, during this project, and the team successfully kept those things in tact/as-is etc. Existing gutters had to be taken down and then put back up....this happened flawlessly. All team members worked tirelessly each day while at least one manager always made themselves available to answer any questions and/or concerns I might have (And I had them!).   We hired Luxe to do a new metal roof and add a front porch extension to our home. Can't recommend them highly enough. Great communication, fair pricing and top notch work. The roof looks great. And the porch added some nice curb appeal to the house and is our new favorite hang out spot.

  It can be a challenge picking a contractor and trusting them with your home. It took me a while to meet with several contractors and I just want to share how truly exceptional Builders was what a great choice I made having them install a new roof on my home. even after we uncovered some challenges that were hidden under the old roof, they took care of everything .They have their own employees crew leaders managers on site throughout the job. The work was impeccable. The final result was amazing. I’m completely satisfied.
