These guys were great! They notified me of an issue we might be having on our roof by coming to our door and pointing it out while they were working on a neighbors roof. They told us what needed to be done and then let us make the decision ourselves. No pressure at all. They did the work quickly, on time and on budget. They are fair and honest and I highly recommend them!!

Justin with Otter roofing was amazing. I called needing a new roof and he had a crew on the house within 2 days. They got it done in one day and kept me posted every step of the way. Next roof I need is going to be done by Otter roofing.

We had our entire roof replaced and couldn’t be happier with the results. Justin and the crew was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable from start to finish. They explained the process clearly, used high-quality materials, and completed the job on schedule. The workmanship is excellent, and they left the property spotless afterward. The new roof looks amazing and gives us real peace of mind. Highly recommend them to anyone needing reroofing work.

Justin is really great! He contacted the insurance company, worked with the adjusters, and coordinated all the details. Minus a signature here and there we barely had to lift a finger. AND the roof looks great! I highly recommend him!

It's stressful to have someone pounding on your roof for 2 days. When it was finally done, I was ecstatic. It looks good.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 10 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 10, of which 10 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Otter Roofing and Home Improvement. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
