  Now my complaint isn't about the job They did. The job looks pretty good. My complaint is about the representative. My neighbor was having her roof done. And the representative came over and talked to me. He convinced me the insurance company. wood cover my roof on wind damage. And all I would have to pay is my insurance deductible. It would be a yes or no. And most likely, yes, with just insurance deductible. He didn't say anything about a possibility of having an A.P.V policy.( Actual percentage value) the insurance company would pay 25% and i am responsible for 75% and not once did he mention it. Later I talked to my neighbor and they told me the insurance company covered 25% of their roofing job. I asked the representative about this and he told me they had a strange policy a real strange policy That is what he said. Come to find out millions of people have this policy and I have the same policy. If I had known this, I wouldn't have done it yet.I would have waited. They need to be more honest and upfront with the people. he didn't say anything because he wanted to make a sell. The isn't the way you should do business. And also he said they replaced 14 sheets of OSB and on my surveillance cameras, I only seen 10 sheets. I ask you guys to please.Let people know. That the insurance company might not cover it all. You are a big company. You shouldn't have to manipolize people to make a sell. Just my opinion. And to add to the problem I priced around with other companies To see if I can get a better price. And when I told him, I found a better price, hey reminded me I had a contract.. and they were being entitled to so much, for checking with my insurance company. And yes, I understand but he didn't mention this either. He had me convinced I had nothing to lose. Don't sign anything. Tell you sure if you want to go with them or not. You might want to price around. I got like 6 or more quotes and all of them came in less money. Besides one that came close to matching

  The Mexican subcontractors did a less than professional job on my roof that recquires repair that has not been completed a year after the roof was replaced. I've had to call and text the company rep many times and many times he did not repond. Still waiting to get the fix done a year later.

  I won't work with companies that are not respectful of a NO SOLICITING sign. If you're not respectful of a person's simple request to not be solicited at their door then why would I trust you with a huge project on my house? And saying that it's not soliciting because the insurance might pay for it is just plain stupid. Lastly, solicitors in West Jordan are supposed to have the badge showing they are going door to door legally. Your rep didn't have one.

  Fario Ceho from Interstate Roofing made the full roofing replacement painless and stress free. He was readily available through text and call to answer questions I had throughout the process. He was very thorough with his inspection and worked hard to ensure I received the max benefit with the replacement. 5-Stars hands down for Fario and will recommend him to anyone. The only reason for the 4-Star review was a result of the crew not cleaning up thoroughly when the job was completed. I walked around the day after and picked up handfuls of nails that were in my yard, garden, and driveway. The crew eventually came back and ran a magnet over everything. Fario, who was out of town during the completion, was very apologetic for the crew and he, himself, spent a good couple hours walking every inch of my yard, making sure nothing was left behind after the crew's "cleaning".

  Interstate roofing helped me a new roof. The Project manager on the job Fario Ceho was amazing to work with! He had a great crew that finished the job promptly with high quality. He was transparent with everything and a great communicator, he made the whole process smooth, easy and handled everything. I would def work with him and interstate again.

  Julius Visser was our project manager. He was great to work with. Answered all questions and concerns in a timely manner and handled everything with the insurance. Our roof was old and had three layers of shingles. There were few hiccups but Julius took care of them promptly.
