  I had the company put a new roof on a small extension to the home. When that roof leaked two years later, they said they do not warranty extensions like that. I was not impressed with the quality of their work, their warranty, or their service. I found them to be unusually expensive.

  I'm sorry you feel this way. As we discussed, we performed the work your general contractor specified and tied a new roof section into an old roof section. We recommended replacing the whole roof section to avoid this issue, but your contractor said it was too expensive. As I mentioned, nobody in the industry guarantees tie-ins to old low slope roofing because they are temporary in nature. At the time, we were told the rest of the roof would be done the next summer. I'm sorry you are having issues with this tie-in, but we completed the work according to the scope we agreed upon with your contractor. We provided a proposal to complete the rest of this small roof section. If you would like this issue addressed permanently, please let us know.

  An insurance adjustor thought my 8 month old roof was 8 years old... Poor quality shingles, excessive wear from careless workers, poor quality installation, leaks, inadequate flashing, numerous nail heads showing, you name it, it is there. Save the headache and heartache and look elsewhere.

  Brett, as I told your wife, if the shingles are showing early wear, it should be covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Certainteed is one of the highest quality shingle manufacturers out there, but all of them can have a bad run of product. Regarding the rest of the items you mentioned, since you won't allow me to inspect the roof, I can't address the issues you are claiming. I have scheduled twice and both times you have canceled the day before and have since refused to let me inspect. If you change your mind, I would be happy to inspect and address any concerns.

  They replaced our roof in July of 2020. With the first rain storm that occurred in our area, a waterfall came gushing into our house through an obvious roofing installation error (photo attached). We contacted them immediately and even before seeing the situation or listening, they instantly started to blame leaking windows and said they would not be able to come out for a few days. After sending this photo to them, they did send out a repair crew immediately. This crew performed some pretty shoddy repairs, but they did stop the leak. The owner, Eric Pauly, then came out to our home and tried to convince us that this insane amount of water running through our house was caused by a crack in our stucco and water coming in sideways. There actually is no crack in our stucco, and this particular storm was without wind. We have hired 3 separate roofing companies to come out and give their analysis of the situation and they all say the same thing. Poor roofing installation, to put it politely. This company does NOT stand by their work. Please get a second opinion and hold this company accountable as necessary. I also need to add that they actually FORGED email communication to provide to their insurance company in an obvious effort to skew the situation in their favor.

  Susan, I have told you over and over again that I am not sure where the water is coming in but when the first leak shows 7 months after installation with plenty of rain and snow in between, it leads me to think there may be something out of the ordinary happening. This is why I wanted to water test the area to identify exactly where the water is entering - which you agreed to twice and then canceled on us the night before each time. As I have said repeatedly, if there is an issue with our roof, I will happily fix it, but if you don't allow me to conduct the test, I won't know where the water is coming in. This is hardly the venue for this type of back and forth, so I'll stop now. You filed a claim with my insurance so please call the adjuster back and discuss with them. It is out of my hands until the claim is settled now.

  MaryEllen, I'm sorry you feel we were dishonest. The truth is this time of the year is very hectic for us with getting work done before winter hits. We sent one of our installers over to seal these nail heads, but it turns out he went to the wrong job. JD assumed it was completed as that is what was reported. Although we strive to be as accurate and efficient as possible, we are not infallible. As far as JD posting a review, I try to provide a work environment that my employees can enjoy and be productive in so I am glad that he felt enough pride in the company to post his own review.   This contractor charges $350 to come out for a roof quote. As a GC, if I pay 350 for each roofer, plumber, electrician, drywall, flooring for a bid, $10K will be easy just for quote.

  We hired patriot roofing to install a metal roof on a new build. I wouldn’t have been surprised if ours was their first ever metal roof. We had multiple areas that were dented so bad it looked like it had been hammered. We were put off weeks because they did not order enough material, twice, I’m not sure how that happens when they had a copy of the house plans. After the roof was complete they asked us to pay more money than what we agreed on. After all was said and done our roof leaked through an improperly installed ridge vent, the company argued that a roof isn’t supposed to protect against wind. Finally they came out to “fix” it by sealing the vent up, defeating the purpose of even having a vent.

  I'm sorry you did not have a positive experience with us. In new construction, the other trades working on the building can have a negative impact on the roof (i.e. spayed foam under the deck rising between plywood joints and creating bumps in the metal). Stripping that metal to shave the foam down and installing new metal does take additional time and materials that had to be ordered (which we were not compensated for).   Scheduled an estimate with Erik (apparently the owner). They sent out a calendar invite. I took time off work to meet with him. No show. Called two hours after appt. to make sure he wasn't running late. Left a message for a reschedule or call to explain. No call that night. Called the next day and asked for an appt. for anyone but Erik since he can't even return a call. The woman said no problem and sent it to two other people. No call. Why would you consider using someone that won't even provide a return call. I had no interaction with them except pleasant to set up an appt.

  I wasn't sure if needed to replace a 30 roof i knew was worn but didn't suspect damage or leaks. Eric was awesome. He gave me what i feel is a very honest straight forward assessment then is willing to work with my schedule. It was a very pleasant experience. Thank you!

  JD was amazing to work with.   Patriot Roofing’s bid was a significant savings compared to other bids received. I was very impressed with how effective their roofing system and workers performed. The work was completed in three days on my large and complicated roof and it looks amazing. I highly recommend them.
