Did siding and roofing. The siding is completely warped and peeling away from the house. Communication is terrible. People would just show up and start working without us ever being …

Workmanship on roof, siding, windows and gutters is amazing. The installers are hard workers, very thorough, respectful, and kind. The salesman, Tony, isn't amazing though. He is very opposite of installers. He promises things and doesn't follow through on promises. He gets very angry if questioned or asked for clarification about anything and raises his voice a lot. Quick talker and arrogant. Didn't follow through with pulling permits when the contract clearly states that if homeowner doesn't acquire permits then the contractor will get permits. He is full of threats and constantly threatened to pull any and all warranties on the work that was completed. We were promised that they would finish the inside of the windows, but that has yet to be done and we have waited for more than two weeks for them to be completed. Once he received the pay for the jobs, he was done. Unfortunately if I wouldn't have signed the paperwork, the financial institution that they recommend would have automatically finalized the loan and the company would have received the money no matter what. Any complaints or questions go through the owner of the company, which is Tony's wife. She makes a person feel belittled and that her husband is correct, even though she told me all conversations are recorded without knowledge of the one being recorded. It he records all conversations, she should have record of the unprofessional of her spouse. 5 star only for workmanship and those that did the labor. Really 0 stars for the one hostile employee, Tony.

not happy with General interactions with this contractor and company. literally listened to this company yell at strangers for miniscule reasons. Approaching with hostility and being buligerent to other contractors for reasons outside of there control. short tempered and borderline harassment to others. whether or not this is the owner or Co workers this behavior is not appropriate for a business to do to another business or in general. it shows a lack of control an shows a bad image for future work. it is unprofessional and hopefully this company addresses this behavior and was only a one time incident but it was uncalled for an disrupted our neighborhood with numerous neighbors coming out to address the commotion. all due to this one individual couldn't handle his personal issues in a professional manner. very sad, very disrespectful, and uncalled for.

Although super budget friendly, we ended up having damage done to our cargo trailer from the crew throwing shingles off the house and scraping it. We could have easily moved it but weren’t informed they’d need that side clear, just the …

The knowledge that was learned regarding our roof needs was incredible! I immediately scheduled a roof replacement with them. Not just roof repair but actual replacement. Our ventilation was seriously outdated, among other things. I suffer from perimenopause and have struggled sleeping in our bed upstairs several months due to certain symptoms . Since our roof replacement, I have been able to sleep in our bed through the night. The crew was fantastic and were done in two days. The price was amazing. We can not thank this team enough for the expertise and efficiency that this team delivered. Thank you!!!!

Tony and Shane got my roof all squared away. Our roof is very awkwardly shaped and only about half of it actually needed to be replaced. Quality roofing came back with the best quote and they also had a promo going on where we got 100 feet of permanent lightning that makes our home look absolutely amazing. Would recommend them 10 outta 10
