  As someone who used to work as a public adjuster, I went into my own wind damage claim with State Farm thinking I’d have the upper hand. Honestly, I quickly realized how different it feels when it’s your own property on the line. After several stalled calls and vague answers, I decided to involve a contractor and that’s when everything changed. David’s inspection report was airtight, and Francia’s knowledge of building codes gave my claim credibility I couldn’t replicate on my own. Rosa made sure production happened right on schedule once the approval came through. I used to think I’d never recommend a contractor over an adjuster but after this experience in Los Angeles, I’ve changed my mind. Their system is smooth, quick, and ultimately got me a great result at a shorter period of time.

  I’m embarassed to admit that I sat on a Farmers claim for almost 2 years. Every time I tried to push it forward, I felt like I was hitting a brick wall with the insurance company. Finally, my neighbor suggested I call this restoration company and I wish I had sooner. Oscar was the first one I spoke to and he immediately gave me hope by explaining how they’d approach it differently. D he even caught damage the original adjuster overlooked years ago. From there, Francia pushed the claim through. Rosa’s production team brought everything ttogether and her care for our garden and plants was amazing. In less than 4 months, I went from a dead claim to a brand new tile roof, rebuilt garage, and repaired fence in Riverside. They gave me back my home and peace of mind.

  I usually don’t leave reviews but this time I felt it was worth it. I had never filed a claim on my property before and honestly didn’t even know where to start. I almost signed with another contractor and was ready to pay out of pocket, but something didn’t feel right. When I finally called this team they guided me through every step of the claim and made the process clear. Rosa deserves a big shoutout!!!! she handled the entire job from start to finish, kept me updated, and made sure everything turned out the way I wanted. I was even able to upgrade to tiles for my roof and added new siding out of pocket, and since I was already their client they gave me a great price. They offer specials for past and current clients, and the best part is they do everything as general contractors so I didn’t have to juggle different companies. In the end I got more than I expected and way less stress than I imagined.

  When Insurance first sent me my approval letter I thought it was good news until I saw the actual numbers. It was nowhere near enough to cover the cost of repairs. At that point I figured I’d be forced to cut corners or pay out of pocket. Thankfully, a friend connected me with Oscar/Rosa Roofing. The daughter Frances reviewed the estimate line by line and showed me exactly where the adjuster had missed items. The difference was night and day. What started as a disapointing approval turned into a fully funded properly completed roof replacement. They saved me from making a very expensive mistake. A actual family owned business, they helped a few people in my neighborhood in Barstow

  I had a good experience, no complaints. I had originally filed a claim. i have Bamboo insurance so they’re a bit of a hassle to deal with. My adjuster was firm that he was not going to approve more. So I called oscar & rosa inc. to give me an estimate but instead they helped me get more approval for my roof . My insurance company was not giving me nearly enough. It took a little longer than i i’m originally expected, but definitely worth the wait. At the end, i got a whole new roof replaced along with my garage unit and only paid my deductible out of pocket, saved me a ton .
