  Be aware of this company. The representatives will promise unachievable things. They state the deposit is refundable if you don't qualify or decide to stop the process. But they end up keeping the deposit on either case. This is a very untrusty company!

  Called this company to help with an estimate, as I live down the street. They set the appointment for Thursday from 4-5PM. I wait and wait, but no contact from them and no one showed up. Guess they weren't really serious or the job was not good enough for them. Oh wells.

  Left my name & number for a call back to schedule a quote 3 days ago, no one called even to just say "sorry we are busy". Not a good way to start an expensive job. No thank you.

  Terry, I'm incredibly sorry we missed your call earlier in the week. We have a 24 hour receptionist that is supposed to schedule appointments when we are not in the office. Unfortunately, your call did not make it through the appropriate channels. I apologize for the misunderstanding. I tried to call you earlier today to see if you would still like someone to come and provide a complimentary inspection.   A bunch of shady characters, my roof was completed months ago and I had to hound them for my certificate of warranty. I was unsatisfied with the job itself. They tried to bully my insurance to pay more than they agreed too.

  Mrs. Enriquez, I apologize that the warranty was not sent out immediately when your file was closed. Since there was a remaining balance, that you and Mike had an agreement about, it did not trigger in our system to automatically send the warranty in the mail. I personally made sure it got put in the mail when you called last week, if you haven't received it yet please feel free to call the office and I can have one hand delivered. As for bullying your insurance, I can assure you that was not the situation. I understand our sales people did not explain how the supplement process works well enough to you. Your insurance company did not pay for the correct line items to install your project the right way so we simply asked them to estimate it properly. Since then we have done a lot of training with our sales staff so this does not happen again.   Summit Solar & Roofing is the company you should go for any roofing needs. Their associates Hugo and Roy go the extra mile for their customers. They are very professional and have excellent unknoledge of the trade. They will answer all the questions you may have and work with your insurance company when needed. Kudos for Hugo and Roy.

  Summit Solar and Roofing were amazing to work with. They installed my roof and even reinforced my patio in less than a week! I am very satisfied to have had them replace my roof.   Worked with Noah, and had a great experience. He and Summit helped with getting my roof approved for a full replacement through my insurance company.
