  I had a new roof installed in my comercial building September 2019, we have had leaks in the new roof from the first rain. Called them to repair leaks after rain on several occassions they responded but the leaks remained. Now there are so many leaks I have to replace the new roof they installed 5 years ago with a completely new roof. My experience with this company has not be favorable.

  Very poor quality work. I tried reaching out to the company and they didn't respond. I will never ever recommend or use them anymore.

  Please never hire this company. This was the big mistake i made. They had me without roof for three month had water damage. And the owner never answer the phone. Please do more search on the company's. Left nail visible. I had to ask them over to removed them. I also got fine. From the environment air quality because they did not get the right permit. Family suffer all the winners. And they never came out the cover my house with a tart like i ask them in many occasion. They just didn't care at all. I had to field a complain with state contact bord. And hire and attorney so they could come out and complete the work. I was over estress over the situation I got sick my kids got sick because of them. Every body stary away from this company.

We would like to clarify the job was extended for months because you had asbestos on your property which a Asbestos removal contractor had to be called in to safely remove before we could continue with the roof installation. The pictures you provided show the roof while we were on hold waiting for Asbestos removal. During this time we were unable to assist until AQMD approved via email it was safe for us to return. We paid for asbestos testing, AQMD processing and asbestos removal which totaled $5,000 and was outside of our contracted price which we did not bill you for and provided you with information as we received it. AQMD is a government agency and was very slow to update us on status. We would say the learning experience in this scenario was the fact your insurance company paid out based on asbestos removal and you knowingly withheld the information to get better pricing and keep some of the insurance money. We took care of all interior repairs and clipped nails per your satisfaction. We wish nothing but the best for you and can say we learned a lot from dealing with the Asbestos removal process of your home.

  Never ever ever deal with this company! How they have any good reviews is suspicious or the homeowners are clueless about roofing and costs. This person named Gilbert, the licensed roofer, was asked to inspect a roof and advise the cost of repairs with a 2 year roof cert. He asked for $500 upfront to show up and would apply this to the cost of repairs. His repair quote was for $3000 and gave a whole detailed explanation of what he would do. He NEVER provided a written estimate or written explanation of work required and asked for the total cost of this job UPFRONT! The contractor sent 2 guys who were on the roof for less than 90 minutes and left. When I inspected their work I nearly puked! See the picture. They simply laid non matching composition roofing right over the existing bad roof creating all kinds of lumps and for this 90 minute work, the cost was $3000? The roofer to this day has not provided me with a work order and now doesn't return calls. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the State Contractors Board and will be going after his Bond to get refunded and maybe reimbursed to remove his shoddy work and use a real professional to correct his job. He was also not legally allowed to collect the $3000 upfront according to the contractors board so hopefully I will get some relief from them. In the meantime, stay away from this company and Gilbert Villareal at all costs!! Terrible is an understatement!

  This guy who clams to be somebody has nothing to do with this property I changed for the inspection the gave the owner a proposal in writing and they signed it. The one picture he shows is only one aspect of all the repairs and maintenance we did to the whole roof. so they can get a Two roof certification,Witch they got I have proof from the real estate agent and the owners signature. Also copy’s of the the signed contracts. This guy whoever he is is no roofer. Now he want to Sandler me and my company. unfortunately there’s all kinds. They want everything under the sun then get upset on cost when they could of got another company to give or do the work. FYI we respond within 24 hourS.

  Very bad experience with this company. My home warranty had chosen them to repair my roof leaks. I called them to schedule an appointment. When the appointment date came no one ever showed up or called me telling me that they were not going to show up. I had to call them and ask why no one showed up. After missing a full day of work, they told me that they couldn't make it because there was a possible chance of rain. They then told me that they could come on a saturday if there was a break in the weather. It did not rain at all that day and I stayed home waiting for their call but again no one called me to inform me that they were not going to show up. After a week, I called them and asked why they had not shown up. The girl on the phone told me that she wasn't aware that they never showed up to my house. She then scheduled someone to come the following day at 11 am. They were suppose to show up at 11 and they did not show up until 1 pm. When the guy came I showed him where the roof leaks were located. He immediately informed me that I have to pay him 60 dollars for showing up. He went on the roof and started taking pictures. He then informed me that we had cracked tiles. He soon left and told me he was going to give his report to the home warranty company. After a short while, home warranty called me saying that they were not going to cover the cost of the repair due to the report that was given to them. The home warranty company said that the Villareal reported that the tile was caused by a falling branch or due to wind. (There are no trees near my home. They also mentioned that the report stated that there were 15 tiles that were broken and missing. There were no broken tiles nor were there any missing. He showed me all the pictures he took and they were all cracked and there were only 5 tiles that he showed me that were cracked. The home warranty company declined the claim due to false reports from the roofer. Villareal made a false report so that they could
