Taelor was very transparent with pricing from the get go. There was no pressure to upsell. He went above and beyond and also identified other issues I may encounter and proactively addressed them for me. I highly recommend Taelor and his team, very reliable and professional.

Taelor and his crew at Orion’s Roofing were a pleasure to work with. They replaced the roof on my semi detached home and did a great job! Taelor provided fair and detailed quotes and timelines, and offered different package options based on our needs and what would be most suitable for our roof. We have solar panels on our roof that I had to have removed and reinstalled after the roof replacement. Taelor worked within my timelines to coordinate with the solar panel folks and he provided great advice and information to ensure the solar panel folks reinstalled the panels appropriately to avoid future leaks or issues. Taelor kept me updated on the work throughout the process and provided a detailed analysis with pictures of the areas that needed a more complex repair. The whole crew took good care to keep the work area as clean as possible, ensuring mine and my neighbours yards were protected, and they did a fantastic job of completely cleaning up the area after the work completion. Taelor is honest, detailed, and you can tell he genuinely cares. It’s a huge relief knowing and trusting that he and his crew will do a great job and your roof is secure.
