  Since having roof and eaves replaced Ice damming, rain overspill every time due to debris catching in screws used in the eaves. Very unhappy

  had Jeff do large roofing job and fascia eavetroughing last summer at my home came home from florida May 1st to find : 1/ roofing leaks in garage 2/ roof leaks around my skylites in addition 3/ fascia trim blown off by my back door 4/ solar cables not reattached correctly on main roof 5/ soffit and fascia not finished around my pool shed i have birds nest yea ! 6/ leaks in joints on eavetroughing all in all i'm not impressed and since i'm left to finish his mess i will fix his issues my recommendation don't pay the guy in full without waiting for a good rainstorm first . hope other customers have better experience than me

  Called Reid’s Residential after the rain we just had when my wife and I noticed some water coming in on the house we just bought. Jeff came and took a look the next day, gave me a quote, and was able to have the roof done in the same week. Amazing company and an absolute pleasure to work with, couldn’t be happier!

  The skylight that Jeff installed last year came through the winter and recent torrential rainfalls without any issues. Since I have two skylights, when the second started leaking, I didn't even consider looking anywhere else and went straight to Reid's Residential Roofing, to replace this one as well. Jeff did his usual careful and conscientious work, and I now have the confidence in knowing that my years of struggling with skylights leaking are in the past. I wish I had known of Jeff when I had my metal roof installed 14 years ago, as I consequently wouldn't have considered anyone else doing it. I very highly recommend this company for your roofing needs and for the refeshing assurance that you are dealing with someone of great honesty and integrity. (review from first skylight install in 2025 follows:) I very highly recommend Jeff Reid for his honesty and integrity. He came out the same day that I asked for a quote for a new skylight and did his best to stop it leaking until the new one arrived. Others gave quotes without coming to see it and some even wanted to charge a fee just to look at it. I greatly appreciate Jeff resolving my skylight issue after years of struggling to fix it myself. He is very personable and an absolute pleasure to deal with. The price was very reasonable also and the fact that he's so busy speaks for itself. I wouldn't consider going to anyone else for roofing needs. Thanks Jeff!

  Jeff was able to come the same day I called for assistance with a leak in my ceiling. He quickly identified the source of the leak and fixed it, explaining the whole process effectively. He showed me the before and after photos. Highly recommend to anyone needing reliable and honest roofing work!

  This is the second time we have called Reids for an emergency. Last year after the big storm in late spring a piece of fascia came off. I called many local companies and they would not be able to get to us in the next week or didn't call back at all. Reads called back within 15 minutes and said he would be by in a few hours. He showed up and in the pouring rain he fixed the fascia and had a look at our chimney and it needed some caulking, grabbed some from his truck and fixed that. So needless to say, when we had a different piece of fascia come off with the wind this week, sent a text at dinner time and sure enough was out the next morning for the repair. He is super nice guy and very honest and dedicated. He will always be my first call for anything roofing. Trust him, I do.

  Honest and Reliable. Fast and Efficient. Knowledgeable and Informative. Called him for a free estimate for shingle repair after spotting a few shingles on my front yard after the 90 km/h wind storm. After arriving, he quickly climbed to the roof and finished the repairs. Even Offered to buy me a Coffee and Sandwich after sharing roofing tips.

  I had a shingle come off my roof in the winter time and it was repaired the next day. They colour matched the exact shingle and you can’t tell where it was repaired. If you need a new roof or any roof related services give these guys a call! Awesome service and very nice guy!
