Edit to add: my poor review absolutely got me a response finally when Mike just appeared at my door out of no where, unannounced. Apparently something needed to be added to the roof in the problem area to help with the snow melt away from that spot. I was assured that I was moved to the top of the service list. Well it’s been 8+ months and nothing has changed and no one has come to remedy the issue. Mike was lovely up until the time he got my money. Then was impossible to reach or get help from after that point. I had an issue issue in 2020 (new roof installed late 2019) where water was just flying of my roof and going straight over the gutter and flooding my pathway. After multiple calls with no response and then multiple emails with the same generic response that they would let mike know asap to resolve my issue and multiple weeks passed he finally showed up at my house unannounced. Tells me he can fix but needs to buy something to do it and will return another day. Never heard from him again. Now this past week water started leaking into my dining room from the same area that had a past issue and the reason for replacing the roof in the first place. I called multiple times, have left a message and emailed. No response whatsoever. Wish I could leave 0 star review and I’m shocked to see that many positive reviews. So much for the warranty. It’s a complete lie. Don’t waste your time or money.

I apologize that you feel as though your issues and concerns are not going to be taken care of by us Britney. Unfortunately any service calls that come up during the winter season can take a little extra time to attend to due to factors such as cold temperatures and roof top snow accumulation. We always stand by our work and warranty. One of our agents will be stopping by to assess your situation as soon as possible. I regret that you were not made aware of our service call timeline and any stress this caused you. Rest assured this matter will be resolved by our company.

Thank you for bringing this to my attention Bailey. I was under the impression that you received your quote. After looking into this matter, it appears that there was an issue on our end with the email address not being correct. I apologize for any inconvenience.

I contacted hart roofing by phone and email multiple times. I was not contacted back after any attempts until I mentioned leaving a post about my negative experience. I was in need of some quick repairs to my roof. They were clearly not interested in my business and their un willingness to contact me back in a professional manner was unacceptable. I would highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs.

Roofing with Hart completed our roof today, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Mike’s team was incredibly professional, efficient, and respectful throughout the entire process. It was clear that Mike truly cares about helping homeowners make the right choice rather than pushing the most expensive option. The workmanship is excellent, the communication was smooth, and the whole project felt stress‑free from start to finish. We highly recommend Roofing with Hart for anyone looking for honest advice and high‑quality roofing work.

I used Roofing with Hart a few years back to replace my roof. They were great (professional, fair, committed to quality, friendly, efficient, good warranty)! I hired them again last week to replace the shingles on my gazebo. Once again, an excellent experience. I highly recommend this roofer.

Mike and his team got our roof done in a timely manner with a very reasonable price! we had some issues with the existing roof sheathing being water damaged and broken, Mike sent me photos and was very transparent about what needed to be done with a very fair replacement cost. If anyone i know is looking to have their roof done I would sent mike their way!

We feel so fortunate having found Mike. We had a major roof leak and needed repair. He was timely, (worried about more rain damage as we had some in a middle bedroom), he was very professional; the crew worked diligently, great clean up, and very reasonably priced (we had other quotes from roofers doing aerial shots; Mike attended and climbed onto the roof to do a real inspection for a proper assessment). We only needed the back half of the roof re-done. Mike also re-did our entire 30 year old cedar shake gazebo roof - he tackled a few unexpected snags and gave us a beautifully finished roof. And Mike stayed true to his quote. Without any hesitation we highly recommend Roofing with Hart! Thank you Mike! You are a gem!

Mike & Team are pros and I wouldn't want anyone else. His crew were efficient, hardworking, went straight to the task at hand and very polite. I trust Mike to be there in future if need be, he's an honest contractor.

Mike and his team were very professional. Job well done from start to finish. We knew exactly the procedure of the installation of our roof. We were kept informed of timing for installation. The cleanup was excellent. Thank you for a great job.
