They addressed all my concerns and went over everything they worked on. I highly recommend Optimum Roofing and had a great experience with them.

Pedro came out the same day to check out my parents’ roof after some storms and was great to work with. He took pictures of the problem area and explained everything clearly so we understood what was going on. Since more bad weather was coming, he gave us a few options and helped us decide to tarp the roof temporarily until the storms passed. Once the weather cleared, he came back and fixed the area. He was very communicative the whole time and did exactly what he said he would do. We really appreciated the pictures and explanations, and we would definitely use him again in the future. Highly recommend!

Thank you so much for the kind words—I really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. It was important to me that you and your parents fully understood what was going on with the roof, especially with the storms coming through. I’m glad we were able to protect the home in time and get everything repaired once the weather cleared. Communication and transparency are big priorities for me, so it means a lot that you noticed. If you ever need anything in the future, don’t hesitate to reach out. Thanks again for the recommendation!
