  I couldn't imagine that there could have been any other roofing crew that could be anymore unprofessional or rude. I'd give it negative stars if it was an option. I hope u guys toss and turn at night knowing how unbelievably disgusting and rude u were to an 85 yr old woman.

  Horrible customer service. I’ve placed 2 calls in to this place and spoke with the same woman. She assured me that someone would get back to me. It’s been 2 months since my first call and a month in between that. I don’t know what has happened to businesses and customer service but this one is horrendous!!!

  I recently had my roof redone and the job went perfect. From the ladies that set things up to the guys that completed the job it turned out perfect. Rachael was was first point of contact then Luis and Callaum did the roofing. The rain gutters were installed by Geo which came out flawless. I have a open beam ceiling and not a single nail damaged my interior.Throughout the job the guys kept good communication and Rita ensured the job was completed to standards and past inspection. I would definitely use Chaparosa again and would recommend them for your roofing needs.

  Service man very nice .. came on time .. did a great job .. replaced 2 attic vents on my roof . Left a clean worksite 😊Office staff is top notch… price was very reasonable… would I higher them agian yes ….. finding good reliable roofs is not easy .. and can you trust them that’s the question.. these folks I feel I can always trust .. thank you for your professional service

  It should be pictures of before and after I’m hoping that’s good. It hasn’t rained yet so I don’t know if I have a leak yet, but I was satisfied so far. I’ll say more if it rains and I get leaks.

  I needed a few broken roof tiles replaced and even though it was not a very big job, everyone I dealt with at this company took care of what was needed to get the job done. It looked great when it was done. I'm very happy with their customer service and their work.

  Dear Mark, Please let me express our sincere gratitude and appreciation for an exceptionally executed roofing project, beginning with your onsite estimate and ending with your crew restoring my grounds to pristine condition after completion of the four roofs we had installed. I want to acknowledge the extraordinary service and professional demeanor of the team Chaparosa Roofing utilized for our project. Manny was on site and hard at work straightaway each morning, diligently about the task at hand. As was israel, who also brought to bear his exceptional carpentry skills to expertly address and reconstruct the structures as needed. Eric was also a fine example of a multifaceted craftsman who’s skills proved invaluable to the overall successful construction quality, particularly impressive was his expertise in applying the torch down portion of the flat roof. Finally a desire to acknowledge how impressed we were with Matt was a strong team leader! He kept the whole project on task in an organized and efficient manner each day, in no small part the reason your crew completed the job a day earlier then originally planned. Among the value we witnessed Matt bring to bear was his diligence to keep communication with us, as a client, one of his top priorities!!! I cannot overemphasize how exceptional that communication lent itself to the strength of the relationship between the men on our project and my wife and I as clients! A supreme example of good ol’ fashion solid customercentric customer service, OUTSTANDING Across the board! Well done to all, including the office staff, we must also acknowledge Rachel in helping us build the details of the project plan and finally Rita, who made herself accountable throughout the process!!
