I highly recommend this roofing contractor. They fully replaced my shingle roof, updated the rain gutters, and switched out the roof vents to copper. Because they handle their own metal fabrication, they were able to custom build new vents that fit the roof system perfectly and work even better than the original ones. They treated my home with real care, like it was their own roof, and paid close attention to every detail from tear-off to final installation. The pricing was fair, especially for the custom sheet metal work and the quality of the craftsmanship. The whole job was carefully checked before and after the work, and the crew was knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. Great experience from start to finish.

My wife and I recently had Coastal Craft Roofing replace our worn fascia, install new gutters, repair some exterior siding, and improve key roofline details, and we could not be happier. Our older brick home had a few unexpected issues along the way, but Jacob, the project manager, and Donovan, the lead installer, handled everything with real skill and care. They kept the process organized, explained each step clearly, and made sure the work fit the style of the home. The new fascia and gutter system look excellent and work far better than what we had before. The crew paid close attention to drainage, clean roof edges, and overall curb appeal, which really made a big difference. We also appreciated how they helped us choose exterior materials that matched the home’s original character while adding stronger protection from sun, heat, and everyday weather. The communication was solid from start to finish, the workmanship was professional, and the before-and-after results truly stand out. Thanks to their quality work, our home looks refreshed and is well protected for many years to come.

I can’t say enough good things about this roofing team in Victorville. They went beyond my already high expectations from start to finish. Jacob was one of the most down to earth roofing professionals I’ve dealt with in a long time. He explained the roof and gutter process in simple terms, knew the insurance side very well, and handled everything with real class and confidence. The roof installation and gutter crews worked fast, stayed organized, and left the property clean while delivering top quality workmanship. Donovan also made sure every part of the job met a high standard and that nothing was overlooked. You could tell they take pride in their roofing work and care about doing the job right. I even accidentally damaged a few shingles shortly after the new roof was installed, and even though it was my mistake, they came back quickly and fixed it without making things difficult. That kind of service says a lot about a roofing company. If you need help with a roof replacement, roof repair, or gutters in Victorville, this crew makes the whole process easy. They are skilled, honest, professional, and truly a step above the rest. I’m a real customer and wanted to share what an excellent experience I had.

I was very impressed with Donovan and the crew. I had a leak under part of my tile roof, and Donovan quickly found the problem area along with a few other roofing issues that needed attention. The quote was lower than other roofers I contacted, even though it covered more repair work. Donovan was very detail oriented and took time to explain everything clearly, using photos and videos so I could understand the condition of the roof. The team arrived on time, completed the roof repair with great workmanship, and made the whole process smooth from inspection to cleanup. Jacob in the office was also very helpful with scheduling and communication, always responding quickly to my questions. Living in Victorville, it is important to have a roofing company that understands how strong sun and dry weather can affect tile roofing, underlayment, and flashing. I highly recommend them for any roof repair or roofing service. Honest, straightforward, and focused on doing quality work while building long term customer trust.

My husband and I are first-time homeowners, so we had to start our roofer search from the ground up. From our first conversation with Jacob at Coastal Craft Roofing, we felt listened to and genuinely taken care of. He answered all of our questions, explained the roofing process in simple terms, and was always quick to reply with helpful, honest advice. Jacob also helped us review and compare quotes from other roofing contractors, which made the whole decision much easier. He really became our go-to roof expert. In the end, we chose them because the customer service, professionalism, and care stood out far above the rest, even when a few other estimates came in lower. We are extremely happy with the roof work done on our home. The crew was reliable, skilled, and made sure everything was completed the right way. We also appreciated that payment was not rushed, which gave us extra peace of mind after the job was finished. After some heavy rain, when we thought we noticed a possible issue, Donovan came out quickly to inspect everything and confirmed the roof was performing exactly as it should. It was a smooth, positive experience from start to finish, and we would gladly recommend them to other homeowners looking for a trustworthy, professional roofing company.

Donovan was great to work with while we handled repairs for storm-related roof damage. He clearly explained what parts of the roofing system needed attention and was very thorough throughout the whole process. Scheduling was easy and flexible, and he always replied quickly whenever I had questions. Jacob, who handled the roofing work, was also excellent for the job. He was hardworking, skilled, and easy to talk to, and he made the repair process feel smooth from start to finish. I’m really thankful for the positive experience with Coastal Craft Roofing and appreciated how professionally everything was completed.

i couldn t be happier with the full roof replacement process with Coastal Craft Roofing. donovan came out to my home in Victorville, used a drone to inspect the whole roofing system, pointed out the problem areas, and walked me through a clear replacement plan. Since i had an active roof leak getting into the house, the job was scheduled very fast. The crew worked hard, stayed focused, and finished the roofing work with excellent results. After the install, jacob sent up the drone again and shared photos of the new roof, the shingles, and all the completed work, which gave me real peace of mind without having to climb up there myself. It was a smooth, professional experience from inspection to final cleanup, and i would gladly recommend them to family and friends.

This is the second roof we have had installed on our home, and once again the service was excellent. After a major storm caused damage, we did not hesitate to call for help with the roofing and exterior repairs. jacob stayed on top of the insurance process and made sure everything needed was included to restore our home, including the roof, windows, deck, and other storm-related damage. We just had the roof work completed and want to thank donovan and the installer crew for their professionalism, fast work, and quality craftsmanship. The whole project was handled smoothly, and the communication throughout the job made everything easier. If we ever have storm damage again, we would absolutely call for roofing repairs and related exterior work again.
