Best Bet Roofing just completed a reroofing of our 36 year old home. From the moment I met Juan, I was impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail. He had met with my husband for the initial inspection to see what we were needing and more than willing to come back to meet me to review everything. When he arrived he was dressed causally but very neat and professional, presented me with a very detailed account of each and every aspect of what the new roof needed and gave us options. From the moment the crew began to work, they were always on time and eager to work. It was incredibly hot during the week they were here so hydration was important but through it all, the crew paid attention to detail with each an every aspect of the roofing process. Each day, the clean up was amazing and again, attention to detail. When the job was completed, we were so impressed by not only the crew and what a great job they did, but the amazing roof and how it looked. Juan and his foreman Edgar made sure all our needs were taken care of. I would recommend Best Bet Roofing for anyone needing roof repair. Just absolutely amazing. Thank you to Juan, Edgar and their amazing crew

Juan was the 4th quote that day for my roof/balcony and he was great, not pushy, just said this is what I can do, and these are the couple options you can do, even suggesting an option he couldn’t do if I wanted to go that route. They …

We recently had our roof replaced by Best Bet Roofing after we noticed a home a couple of blocks from us whose roof they had replaced and after reading a lot of positive reviews online, a few from people we knew. We got several bids, all within $500 of each other, and went with Best Bet because of the solid customer recommendations and the quick, friendly, competent reponses to our questions that we got from Juan Gutierrez, the business owner. We are so glad we did! They started on a Monday and were completely done by Friday mid-day. At the end of each day the foreman Edgar made sure everything was thoroughly cleaned up, and on the last day they did a VERY extensive clean-up, even cleaning out our gutters and blowing the dust out of the garage. Juan did not try to upsell any products, and in fact we had to ask for details on a solar-powered attic fan that was listed on the original bid as an option. (We added it!) The roof looks great and has a 50-year transferable warranty. This was probably one of the best construction experiences we have ever had. Highly recommend.
