I was impressed from the start with the roofing service for my house and garage shingle replacement. Eduardo went above and beyond to make sure every part of the roof work was carefully reviewed, including materials, labor, and the full scope of the job. He was friendly, professional, and easy to talk with, which made the whole process feel clear and stress-free. Jay, the roofing lead, and his crew worked like a well-trained team and finished the reroof in just one day. Their workmanship was solid, the installation moved smoothly, and the cleanup was excellent. They took great care around the property and left the area neat when the job was done. The finished roof looks beautiful and really improved the overall appearance of the home. Todd, the project manager, made sure I was fully satisfied with the completed work and let me know I could reach out with any questions about the shingles, materials, or installation. His response time was always quick, and I appreciated how attentive and helpful he was throughout the project. I had contacted a few other roofing contractors before making a decision, but the extra care, detailed estimate, fair pricing, and strong customer service I received here made the choice easy. From start to finish, I was very pleased with the friendliness, roofing skill, communication, and attention to detail shown by the whole crew.

Absolute satisfaction! From the first roof inspection and free estimate to the final cleanup, Levi was professional the whole way through. He took time to explain the roofing and chimney repair issues in simple terms, pointed out the trouble spots, and made it clear what could happen if they were left alone. He offered practical, affordable solutions, stayed on schedule, and completed the work with real skill and care. Along with the excellent roofing service, I received a detailed invoice and clear color photos showing the work that was done, which was very helpful for my records. The whole process felt organized, honest, and focused on quality. I have already scheduled another roofing project because I feel fully confident in the workmanship and service. I highly recommend this company for roof repairs, chimney work, and related services in Mission Viejo. They truly deserve 6 stars instead of 5.

we recently had our roof replaced by onyx roofing co. and overall it was a very good experience. the estimate process was easy and clear, and the pricing came in lower than several other roofing quotes we received while still offering one of the best warranty options. eduardo was helpful and low pressure, which we really appreciated, and we never felt pushed while taking our time to decide on the project. once the roofing job started, the crew worked fast and finished our 2000 square foot ranch-style home in just a few days. they kept the jobsite fairly clean, hauled away old roofing material, and did a good job not leaving debris around the house. the workmanship moved along smoothly, and it was easy to see the crew knew what they were doing with the tear-off, underlayment, and shingle installation. communication could have been a little more organized at first, but the team was responsive and apologized right away. after that, it was easy to speak with pedro, the lead roofer, during the project and get updates before heading out for work. there was also a small issue when our newer gutters were damaged during the roofing work, but they handled it professionally and replaced them at no charge, which made things right. in the end, we were happy with the roof replacement, the warranty, the fair price, and the way the crew stood behind their work. for anyone in mission viejo looking for a reliable roofing company, we would recommend them.

They installed the roof on my home years ago and did a great job from the start. A few days ago, after strong winds in Mission Viejo blew a couple of shingles loose on some homes in our area, I called them for help. Their roofing team was very responsive, and Jay came out the same day to replace the missing shingles at no charge. I was already happy with the original roof installation, but their follow-up service impressed me even more. The crew was professional, honest, and clearly cared about the quality of their roofing work, not just the sale. It is refreshing to find a roofing company that stands behind its work, responds quickly, and treats customers with real integrity. I truly appreciate their dependable service and would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roof repair or roof replacement.
