  I had some storm damage to my roof, and my insurance company also required me to address a missing handrail on my back patio. To make matters worse, the insurance company gave us very short notice to get the deficiencies taken care of. Thankfully, I was able to get in touch with Alex and his team. They stepped up and took care of the necessary repairs on short notice, which was a huge help. From start to finish, they were professional, transparent, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. The report they provided after completing the work satisfied all of my insurance company's requirements, and we were able to get everything resolved without any further issues. I couldn't be happier with the service we received. Alex and his team went above and beyond when we were under a tight deadline, and I truly appreciate how easy they made the entire process. 1000% recommend Alex and his team! We will absolutely be doing business with them again in the future.

  We just wrapped up a full roof replacement on our 15-year-old house, and Omni Roof Systems knocked it out of the park. Alex, the Superintendent Terry, and the whole crew were fantastic from day one. A roof job this big can be a real headache, but they made it straightforward and worry-free. Alex was great right from the beginning —super transparent, walked us through everything in plain English, answered every question we threw at him with honesty, and gave solid, reliable recommendations with zero pressure. Communication was superb the entire time, with regular updates and no surprises. Terry (the superintendent) and his crew really impressed us. They showed up ready to work every day, powering through the brutal Florida heat without cutting corners. The quality is top-notch—our new Atlas Pinnacle Pristine shingles look sharp, everything lines up perfectly, and it feels built to handle the Panhandle weather for years to come. You can tell these guys take real pride in what they do. They also kept the property clean and left everything spotless at the end. No mess, no hassle—just a professional job done right.   There are so many great things I can say about Alex and his company. I am so glad I found him. I was in desperate need to find someone to fix my mom’s roof. She stays in an older home and I knew she needed a lot of work. I got in contact with Alex and from day 1 he was right on it. From the beginning he stayed in contact and kept me up to date with everything that was going on. My mom is elderly that suffers with Dementia, Alex was so kind and patient with her I couldn’t have asked for anything else. We felt that he really cares for what he does. And I would recommend him to ANYONE!

  Great experience with this roofing company from start to finish. They were professional, responsive, and kept me informed throughout the entire process.
