  I have decided to write a review concerning Walthers and specifically their customer service interactions. They installed a carport for me and used the typical Florida aluminum materials with sub-contractors that did not speak any english. Materials were good and the craftsmanship by the two guys installing was satisfactory as well. Chris who quoted the job and was the point person for all communication was very friendly and helpful at the beginning and my wife who sells real estate would always give Walthers out for a recommendation to buyers and sellers for an optional quotes for roofs and carports. As I mentioned Chris was very friendly and helpful at the beginning and I felt like I had a very good relationship with him and that was the case until the job process started and as soon as I started asking any questions his attitude changed. I requested a change to be made a week after the contract was signed and Chris stopped by and said no problem, and it will cost X more to do that. Few weeks later materials were dropped off and the materials were for the original plans, so they were taken back. New materials arrived and the subs showed up to start and they had the wrong drawings. I contacted Chris and he assured me all was good and they would be back out in a couple days to start. Mid construction, things were starting to look different than what Chris and I had discussed. The two subs called their company and contacted Chris. Chris arrived onsite shortly after and I gave them a few minutes to chat before I went outside to talk with Chris. Chris' first words to me from across the yard were, "Time is money and you are holding up my guys". I said, I have a question concerning the direction this is going because it is not what we discussed with the changes. Well this is when Chris went off and pretty much yelled out the following statements. "I have a contract and will get my money regardless."   Not good at all. No communication and do not meet timelines or quality. Overwhelmed with jobs and can't keep up. Many jobs started but not finished. Very frustrating!

  Our Association has used Bill Walther Roofing starting after hurricane Ian. Repairs were handled in a professional manner and at very good pricing, Chris was our go to guy for any issues we had (which were none!) He always calls or texts back which is so appreciated. Just this past week Jamie from Walther Roofing repaired soffits on two buildings that had been “fixed” by someone else. Those repairs failed. Jamie is a craftsman with repairs! Those areas now look brand new. Call Bill Walther Roofing if you want quality work from a roofing company. You will not be disappointed.

  These guys are by far the most professional roofing company I have ever dealt with. Fast affordable and no mess to pick up after the work is done. I would recommend them to anyone needing a roof!!!!

  I had several estimates but Eric at Bill Walthers was the most informative and knowledgeable by far. The crew was courteous and efficient. I had a new roof in two days and it is just beautiful.

  I had a roof out on a couple years ago and because of all the weather we’ve had some of the shingles have slipped off . I messaged the company and they responded back immediately and a repair guys arrived within the hour . I didn’t expect that at all . I own a business and I understand how difficult it can be to make everyone happy . Also , callbacks can be at times hard to keep them timely . Really shocked how quickly they responded and the repair was done the next day ! Very impressive! I never do reviews but with this service I wanted to take the time .

  I called three companies and got three quotes. They were the cheapest and completed the work within a couple days of me calling. Five star service the salesman that came was super nice.

  Roof was completely destroyed from Hurricane Ian. Bill personally came out and inspected the damages. I wanted to go with a metal roof since the shingles didn't hold up at all from the Hurricane. Bill ordered the material and his team completely rebuilt the entire roof much better than when it was new. This was all done before I received my first insurance check. Without his quick response and professional team I would have lost my entire home when raining season hit. I highly recommend Bill Walter Roofing.

  We had a wonderful experience with Bill Wather Roofing. The sales representative- Chris came and gave a written estimate- he was friendly and knowledgeable. The crew that showed up to do the job was professional, fast, and kept the yard clean. They worked daylight to dark until the job was finished! Highly recommend them for any roofing needs!

  Bill Walther roofing made our re-roof a very easy and painless process. They were the only company that sent someone out right away to assess our roof in person and followed up. Woody was very professional and answered every question that we had promptly. The crew that did the re-roof were also professional and courteous. They showed up when they said they would and were on time each and every time. Quick installation and clean up was miraculous, haven't found a roof nail yet! Have recommended to friends who are looking for a reputable roofing company and would use them again in a heartbeat. Very happy.

  Our roof looks great! All work was completed as promised, and the area was left clean and free from debris. Employees were efficient and hard working, and the sales staff was available and ready to answer all questions. I highly recommend this company.
