They double booked initial appointment. Rescheduled for the next day. Never showed up or called. Received an estimate via email. Obviously I did not use their service and would not recommend them. Estimate was highly overpriced.

  Reply from the business

Hi EJ, Thank you for your feedback, and we’re very sorry for the scheduling issues you experienced. Being double-booked and then not receiving a follow-up or communication is unacceptable, and we understand your frustration. We also appreciate your comments on the estimate and will take this into account as we review our pricing and processes. This is not the standard we aim for, and we’re working to improve. If you’re open to it, we’d welcome the chance to discuss your experience further and make things right. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.

I had an excellent experience with Action Roofing in Pensacola, especially working with Brian and Jackson. Both were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to inspect the roof thoroughly, explain their findings, answer all of my questions, and clearly walk me through my options and the entire roofing process. What impressed me most was their honesty, transparency, and attention to detail. They were never pushy and made sure I understood everything before making any decisions. Their professionalism and customer service gave me confidence that I was dealing with people who truly care about doing the job right. Brian and Jackson are stand-up guys, and I would highly recommend them and Action Roofing company.

I had what appeared to be a roof leak into bedroom ceiling. Garrett crawled into the attic and checked the top of the roof and could not determine a leak in roof. He suspected that there may have been condensation leaking from the AC duct that was running near the bad area in the ceiling. I can’t tell you how much Garrett’s honesty meant to me. He was very professional and a gentleman. First impressions mean a lot. I will use them in the future and highly recommend Action Roofing!
