Dustin was very responsive, attentive, professional, and did a good job leading his crew for a drywall job I needed done very quick. I had some unique fixtures that required special attention and he personally made sure it was done correctly. Found out his guys accidentally cut a few cables afterwards and he didn’t hesitate to send out an electrician to come fix it and make it right. I am the kind of guy who doesn’t hire a contractor often, but would definitely recommend Sugar Sands to anyone who needs a recommendation.

We reside in the Los Angeles area. Our Florida realtor, Tammy, recommended Sugar Sands Construction. I only had interaction three times. First to initial the To-Do suggestions. All were good suggestions. The second and third times was to send the first and final payment. If I had a question I called the number listed on their forms. Mica would always answer the phone on the first ring and address me by my name. Because computer security is paramount in my job, I did not use their software interface for anything. My bad. Dustin asked for a review, then followed up because I had no interaction with the company. I told Mica I wish there were a photo or two so I could see the finished product before the property went on the market. Mica said they were all available to me on their site. I let her know, again, about my skepticism using proprietary software I am not familiar with. If my system is compromised, my career is finished. Mica took it upon herself to build a photo file for me. I didn't tell her I have software that can accomodate any file size. In short order, she sent me no less than 3 videos of the work along with more that 50 photos of the work showing before, in progress, and final. WOW. I thought the home looked great when we purchased it. Sugar Sands transformed it into a showcase! I don't know squat about rehabilitating a home, but their photographer did a terrific job on documenting the progress. I'll bet he photos weddings on the side. TIME: Sugar Sands began the work immediately and completed the project as though they had an army of employees with nothing else to do. CLERICAL: Yes, during the work there were one or two minor changes. They were well documented and clearly communicated via e-mail. If anything was sent to us, Mica would follow-up with a friendly call. I work with several contractors in the Los Angeles area, yet I have not run into any firms with the attention to minute details like Sugar Sands. Again, this company was the choice of our Re

Extremely professional team, they know their stuff and trustworthy. Really hard to find good contractors nowadays that actually show up and finish on time! Hired them to install some Hardie siding on an investment property and it turned out great. Will definitely be using them in the future!
