First and foremost, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this situation has caused you. You're absolutely right to expect clear communication and reliability, and we fell short in this instance. Unfortunately, we have been dealing with a significant flooding emergency that unexpectedly disrupted our operations, including scheduled appointments. This is not an excuse, but an explanation—and we deeply regret not communicating the situation with you in a timely and respectful manner. We understand how valuable your time is, especially when managing an insurance claim at a rental property. Your experience is not reflective of the standards we hold ourselves to at Old World Roofing, and we’re taking steps internally to ensure this doesn’t happen again. If you’re open to it, we would greatly appreciate the opportunity to make this right. Please feel free to contact our office directly at [719-593-0357] or office@oldworldroofing.com so we can personally follow up and address your concerns. Luis is finishing up the emergency flood today and will be contacting you as well.

I have used Old World roofing in Pueblo to inspect roofs, repair roofs, and replace roofs for me. They have always done a good job for a fair price. I have been pleased with the work they performed and the price they charged, or I wouldn't be a repeat customer.

After getting estimates from several companies and needing to decide who to contract with for a roof replacement, I decided to call just one more company. Right then, an ad for Old World came on. I called right away and was so fortunate to have Steve Houston come out. There are no words to express my gratitude for Steve and Old World. Steve spent time with me to ensure everything that needed to be done would be done. I am spreading the word to all my friends about how incredible Steve is!

I was very impressed with the work done by Jeff Tonso! He was very patient, diligent and thorough with fixing our leaking roof. We definitely would call him back if a roofer is needed in the future.

We have an old tile roof installed in 1996 (28 years old). Jeff Tonso did an awesome job investigating drainage issues we were having. He removed & replaced tiles, and patched up the underlying soffit that had water damage. The tiles were Lifetile and are no longer manufactured. Thanks again for your professionalism during your multiple visits!! I'm confident this should get us a few more years until we have to replace our roof.

I called and needed a quote asap. Luis was able to get out within a couple hours and send a quote. When I asked later for it emailed he also got back to me right away no problems. Luis is great and compared to responses from other local roofers the only reliable one.

After the hailstorm we had in July, my roof needed to be completely replaced. I called Old World and they answered right away. The gentleman I spoke to showed genuine care for my misfortune. They were within the week. They arrived on time and made sure my property was debris-free when they left. The price was amazing! Use this company. They’ve been in business since 1976 and I would use them again and again.

I highly recommend Luis and crew as they are absolutely amazing. They are efficient, affordable, and do a great job. I had every company in Pueblo (that bothered to call me back) come out and give me a quote for my roof. Not a single one was able to compare to the quote I got with Old World Roofing. Having to get a new roof went from an extremely stressful experience to a wonderful one thanks to Luis and his crew. Thank you so much for putting a new roof on my home!
