Ask yourself what you want from any company you work with. For me it is the following: Great Communication (keep me updated, make sure everything is agreed/clear), Reliability (do what you say), Flexibility (accommodate the customer when reasonable), Respectful workers, Quality product/installation, Clean-up after job completed. We had a standing seam metal roof installed and my family and I could not be more pleased with this family company. They did everything they said they would do and went above and beyond in some areas. Johnny was extremely communicative & responsive, the team worked incredibly hard and the owner was on-site and ensured everything went to plan. I would recommend Old North roofing 100%. Great Job guys!

This company is the best out there. We called multiple companies to come out and give us an estimate. This company was the ONLY one who came out sat down with us, went over multiple options and explained everything well. They were very professional. They showed up when they said they would and kept us informed the whole time. Our roof looks amazing. Very happy with our roof and would highly recommend this company.

The quality of their work was outstanding. The roofing installation was done efficiently and with great attention to detail, and the sheet metal work was precise and clean. You can tell they take pride in what they do.
