Ocean Roofing is AWFUL. Do not use this company. They re-roofed my house prior to me purchasing it. I bought the home thinking I had a brand new roof and would be set for quite some time. I was completely wrong. I experienced a leak in the …

Ocean Roofing did my roof which now has a leak. It doesn't appear to be a major leak but it does need to be looked at. I called Joe who has been responding by phone and told me several times that he would send someone to take a look at the issue. After several attempts to to contact Joe nix he is not answering the phone. All was great until I called with the leaking roof issue. I do not recommend this company for any roof work because customer satisfaction is obviously not something they care about. BEWARE

Sorry for the delay sir. We’ve been crazy busy. By the way I don’t have a lady partner. She works for me. I’ve sent the documents you requested. Let me know if you need anything else thank you!

Very bad, Tina Rico owes me $30,000 for some apartments I built for her here in Atlanta and now I don't want to pay and Joe isn't doing anything.

Manuel you did not work for ocean roofing of Florida. You were working for another sub contractor. Please delete your review because we do not even know who you are. Thank you

I had a difficult time working with Joe and Ocean Roofing. He scheduled three times to fix our roof and did not show each and every time. I finally found another person to do the work, and their price was 1/3 the price of Ocean Roofing's price.

Had a bad experience from the beginning. Ranging from delays, cracked driveway and operating with a suspended license which resulted in delays in approval and multiple visits from Lake county building investigator I would not recommend Ocean Roofing to anyone.

I’m very sorry for your experience with us however you dealt with an ex employee of ours not myself - Joe Western. If you had dealt with me directly your experience would have been a lot smoother I assure you. … More

This company will take your money and then when you realize they didn't finish what they were supposed to do, they will not come back. Joe says he will be back, but never shows up. I was told he would give me a wind mitigation report, but didn't take the pictures for the insurance co. When the insurance called him, he said he forgot, but he will "do it tomorrow". Never shows up and doesn't do anything. They left tar on my house and damaged wood and would not come back to take care of the problem. They replaced the flat roof over my front porch, but now I have a leak because they didn't do it properly. The city of Orlando inspector looked at it and signed off on the permit originally. I called the city and complained about the inspection and asked why the inspector would sign off on it when it wasn't right. They called Joe and he said he would come fix it, but I don't believe him because he doesn't tell the truth. And the work is so sloppy I wouldn't trust him to come back and do it right. I can't even trust the inspection dept. to protect me against contractors like this. When you first Joe, you will think he is professional. Don't let him fool you. The only thing he cares about it is getting his money and leaving you with problems.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!!! This company has been absolutely amazing from start to finish… From caring for the health of my pig in the backyard while working to fixing my driveway when a mistake was made rather than just ignoring it… 17 out of five stars I will recommend this company to anyone forever!!!!!!! AMAZING PRICES and even better customer service!!!!!!! Call them for all roofing needs!!!!!!!!

Found these guys on Facebook. I requested a quote to remove and replace my roof. Bobby D. Calls me within a few hours and promptly worked up a quote. The quote was thousands less than all the other estimates I had gotten. Joe, the owner, answered the phone every time I called and they began the job within that same week. Ocean Roofing did a great job. I strongly recommend this company.

Recommendation- Roberto and Marillo from Ocean Roofing helped us through our difficult time, you can trust them, made us feel like family, they do a great job, people you can trust. I recommend to use Ocean Roofing great company. I highly recommend this company. My elderly disabled father is retired living alone in his home in North Port when his roofing was severely damaged by a tornado. I live in California and called many contractors some were booked and some were just to high in price plus we needed a tarp to cover the roof to help it from rain coming inside the house, some just did not care they just wanted the full amount before starting, as we all know insurance companies take a couple of days to confirm the amount and we just did not have that time cause it was raining. But am very glad and blessed that Ocean Roofing came to our rescue in a time of need. They put the tarp that same day knowing was raining without asking us to pay upfront they know how insurances work and they help us in need and walk us the whole process. They never pressure us, the opposite they helped my father in need. We are so thankful they treated us like family and made us feel safe and secure. Trying to organize and communicate with contractors on behalf of my dad was difficult and I was worried about not being there to ensure the work was done properly and to code. Oceans roofing was by far the best value and someone we can trust. Incredibly professional and understanding and made me feel very secure in their ability to take care of my dad and all his needs. They were prompt and provided immediate help with covering my dads roof to prevent flooding and worked with us as our insurance claim processed. The roof looks incredible and I trusted their expertise and advice. They provided accurate updates and my dads roof is FANTASTIC along with gutters and everything. Much better than I could have imagined. They were the only company who I felt would honor their guarantee and I am

Great Job! I had broken roof tiles and other problems. As far as pricing and quality work. The patiently inspected roof and days later the job was done. The roof looks brand new - thank you. I would highly recommend this company for roof repairs.
