Total reroof, leaked on 2 valleys within first year. Leaked into light fixture on fan. After 10 years had to have valleys redone, now need complete new roof after 12 years!

I would think hard and long before considering this company for any of your roofing needs. Just to make an appointment for someone to come out and diagnose the problem is an issue.

Dear Indira, due to the configuration of your roof/building, it was decided that we cannot be of assistance. We could tell by the Satellite image and the history of other companies already having been out. Sorry we can't help! Best Regards, Arman

UPATED REVIEW - After our initial install we noticed the roof over our patio was pooling water and appeared to still be leaking still. This was the major area of damage and a big reason we were replacing and repairing our roof. Their team …

At first I was happy I was getting my new roof, I want to give an applaud to the 7 Mexican roofers that did the job from from start to finishing they were amazing , picked up every nail , trash, covered my plants, very profesional, Sorry I can’t say the same about the office staff, very unprofessional with paper work, all kinds of excuses, I mailed in my full payment, just received an email, money was short, NOT!

ANC Roofing has seriously mismanaged, delayed, and provided very poor workmanship. My ANC roof failed city inspection. My siding, soffit, fascia and downspouts were installed incorrectly, and my insurance claims were sent to the wrong company. All this caused months of delays. In addition, communication is poor at best, promises are not kept and resolution is not forthcoming. The above is the very short version of the occurrences. ANC appears to be a storm chasing roofing company. Steer very clear!

My 80-year-old mother was recently a victim of ANC’s unscrupulous business practices. She was induced to sign a contract in October of 2018, it had no firm quote, completion date or even a start date. When she recently tried to place a mortgage on her property she found out a lien had been placed for $1500, as part of their commencement notice. When she had her friend and business associate contact ANC they said the $1500 had to be paid as a cancellation fee. When confronted again by another associate they claimed it was a “quote fee” and if I’m not mistaken they gave a third excuse to someone else. Bottom line, they’re extorting her for $1500. She either pays it or can’t close on the mortgage. We intend to pursue this manner through the State  Attorney’s  Fraud Division, and through private counsel, but in the meantime we’d like to start gathering stories from others who’ve experienced problems with this company. Former employees claim they owe hundreds of thousands of dollars to business associates and vendors, so we are especially looking to substantiate any of those rumors. But we’d also like to know if you’ve been a victim of ANC. As you will see, we have placed excerpts of several complaints below just to let you know you’re not alone. We want this to be the gathering place for tracking and monitoring ANC.

At ANC Roofing we always strive to better our company by listening to people's experience with ANC Roofing. Due to heavy demand created by Hurricane Matthew along the East Coast, ANC Roofing was spread thin and micro management ended up short on a few jobs. We have adjusted and extreme supervision is back to where we like it to be. ANC Roofing never asks for any deposit and only when the work is 100% complete. Mrs. Septer's work was completed and she got so much extras without having to pay a penny over and above the initial contract price. Mrs. Septer paid in full 2 Months after the work was 100% completed.

We recommend ANC Roofing for roof repairs. Recently, a high wind gust blew off several roof cap shingles. We contacted ANC and they sent a roofer within two days. The worker quickly replaced the missing shingles and then caulked around all roof vents to keep from future leaks. Thank you ANC.

It was so refreshing to work with such a professional team on a very important project like this. From the initial contact, to the conversations with office staff, the on-site inspection, quoting, and finally, the new roof… all went perfect. The crew set a professional tone from the get go, taking steps to protect the property during tearoff and making sure the cleanup was thorough. Watching their work throughout the day continued to instill confidence that we had chosen the right folks for our roof. You could see the entire team’s attention to detail and it was obvious they all took pride in their work. There were some unforeseen issues with a roof this old but ANC had clearly stated in our quote what would be needed if that was the case and we understood that the job needed to be done right. Thanks so much to the entire ANC staff.

They have done roof work for us before for hurricane damage, and now it was time to replace an aged roof. Price was good, work done quickly and with great care and professionalism. Highly recommend

Great experience overall. The team did a solid job replacing our condo roof and made the whole process easy. They showed up when they said they would, worked efficiently, and kept the area clean. Communication was clear the entire time and everything was completed as promised. The new roof looks great and we’re very happy with the results. Would definitely recommend.
