I was disappointed to have this company no call, no show no show on the repairs they had to do, twice. After that I called and they promised to be out two days later. Two days later I received a message that they didn't have all of the parts and wouldn't be out. This whole process has been going on for a month.

We apologize you had such a bad experience! We strive to treat our smaller jobs just as important as the larger ones. In this case we dropped the ball and for that we are truly sorry.

Had a lot of choices for a new roof for our rancher. Sat down with a few for estimates. So glad we went local versus big. Good to talk to the people who do the work, not a salesperson. They made the whole process easy and professional. The …

A Heartfelt Thank You to a True Good Samaritan Today, on a sweltering 92-degree day on a busy highway, I found myself stranded with a flat tire—and feeling completely overwhelmed. That’s when Wayne, a complete stranger, pulled over without hesitation to help me. As a nurse, I often see people during some of the hardest moments of their lives. Over time, it can be easy to lose hope in humanity, to forget that kindness still exists in the world. But today, Wayne reminded me that it absolutely does. Wayne didn’t just help change my tire—he restored a bit of my faith in people. His selfless act, especially in that heat and traffic, meant more than words can truly express. I am deeply grateful for his generosity and kindness. I believe the universe has a way of rewarding good souls like Wayne, and I have no doubt that it will repay him tenfold. If you ever find yourself in need of roofing services, please consider Wayne. If he’s willing to stop on the side of a busy road to help a stranger, I can only imagine the honesty, integrity, and work ethic he brings to his profession. Thank you again, Wayne. You made a difference today—and I’ll never forget it. Klaudia

I would highly recommend Nxt Gen Exteriors! Carissa and Wayne were great and easy to work with, they made the process of replacing our roof as painless as it could be. They were informative and helpful throughout the whole process. The new roof looks great and they did an amazing job on cleaning up the property. We couldn’t be happier.

Nex Gen Exteriors replaced the siding around our garage doors. Clarissa and Wayne are a great team. They helped with color matching, provided quality installation, cleaned up nicely and charged a fair price. I would recommend them.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Nxt Gen Exteriors for a new roof installation, and I couldn't be happier with the results! From the start, their team was incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to educate me on the different types of roofs and helping me choose the perfect shingles for my home. Their courteous and professional approach made the entire process seamless. What truly stood out was their attention to detail and the special care they took to ensure no part of my property was damaged. The crew was thorough, detailed, and went above and beyond to deliver exceptional service. My new roof looks beautiful, and I feel confident in the quality of their work. If you're looking for a reliable, professional roofing company, I highly recommend Nxt Gen Exteriors. They exceeded my expectations, and I'm sure they'll do the same for you! Thank you, Nxt Gen Exteriors!
