  If I was you I would not use this company. The workers bent most of our gutters, broke the sky light, spoke two sprinkler heads. Damage inside master bedroom where sky light is and put a nail through our master bathroom ceiling and also broke our awning on front door. . I have file claim against his insurance and he is telling his insurance company he didn’t do no damages. The only thing he was worried is getting his check. I did not pay him because of the damages. Beware of this company do not use them.

  We are deeply troubled and shocked to receive these allegations. We are and always have been committed to addressing them promptly and transparently. During our final inspection, the homeowner said her skylight was broken and there was pieces of textured drywall that had came off in her bathroom. We immediately inspected the skylight and found that there was no damage and was in the same condition prior to roof installation. After showing the homeowner the photos, she quickly turned to the alleged damage in the bathroom. After assuring her that if there is damage in the bathroom we would fix it as we would with any customer. But she refused to let us in the house to look stating that she didn't want it fixed and that all she wanted to do was file a claim against our insurance. As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction and ethical business practices we always rectify any situation to the complete satisfaction of the customer. Unfortunately, despite our efforts to resolve the matter amicably, we were met with a refusal to allow us to inspect the bathroom. There was no mention of gutters or sprinklers from the homeowner until she filed a claim. We want to assure the public that we take these allegations seriously. Our impeccable work, transparency and amazing reviews will shine through this allegation that seems to be opportunistic.

  I met the roofer, Ben, while he was conducting business in my subdivision. I had him look at my roof a few times before he recommended that I get a replacement. After submitting my claim through my insurance and giving him one of the two checks to start, his personality seemed to have changed. His team of Hispanic men and women worked on the roof. Upon completion he came by did not look at the work that was done. I was told to look around and to let him know what concerns I had. A few days after the installation I texted him with my concerns. He texted me back aggressively and insinuating that I was not a roofer, etc. He called after sending me a long disturbing text. He called me a liar and that I was just complaining instead of complimenting his crew for doing a job all day and only taking a short break. As though it wasn’t their job. He was yelling and humiliating me over the phone. I hung up on him and got my insurance adjuster involved. They damaged my shrubberies and when I told him. Initially he said, “oh, well”. He did, however, asked what it would cost to replace the damaged shrubs but didn’t do anything about the replacement. He did not handle this process with professionalism and respect. He’s all about the money. Please do your due diligence. Don’t just look at good reviews, talk to his prior customers. Buyer beware!

  We are very disappointed that Cheryl feels she had a bad experience. Our philosophy is to treat every customer as if their home is ours, and we feel strongly that in this case we did just that. Upon completion of the roof, we had to fix two minor issues, which we promptly and swiftly did. We never became aggressive with her or sent her any disturbing text. When the adjuster came out to look at the roof he told us how great the roof looked. We did 15 roofs in Cheryl's neighborhood and every one of them gave us a 5 star review

  My roof was damaged by recent storms and started leaking. I searched local roofing companies and after comparing them, I decided to proceed with J. Dean. I am very glad I made that choice. Ben was very helpful and professional and made the whole process easy. He knows his trade very well and has competitive pricing. The roof replacement was scheduled promptly and got done in one day. Thank you Ben.

  This past Saturday (Sept 21,24), I was extremely rude, better yet belligerent to a sale associate that showed up at my home. Mr T. Ringer I owe you an apology my behavior and words were not a representation of who I am. I was you when I was younger trying to make a living, today sometimes my businesses (overseas) may cause regrettable behavior. Your company should know as belligerent as I was Mr Ringer maintain his professionalism and decor. I will call in the near future to formally apologize. Until then I apologize.
