The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
The only one or two-star review we hold for Northlake Roofing.

I called to have a leak fixed in a roof that had tree damage. Very nice people on the phone and scheduled the appointment. However, they did not show up or even give a courtesy call to reschedule. I called 3 times, and each time they scheduled a repair date. No show, no call. In the meantime, all of the contents are getting ruined. Not a very nice way to do business. Shame on you.

Northlake Roofing has been taking care of our roofing needs for two decades now. Their work is excellent and reasonably priced, and they are very responsive in times of need. We could not recommend them more!

These guys did a quality re-roofing job for me at an excellent price. I was also impressed that they did several additional items without even charging me for them to make sure the job was done right. The people were friendly and professional.

Absolutely quality work. Very professional and very reasonable. Protected my landscaping and left no stray nails! I highly recommend this business.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 4 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 4, of which 4 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Northlake Roofing. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
