I'm a huge SELA fan and their support of this department meant the world to me. Seeing them drop their sponsorship and huge donation to the department awful.

If I could give zero stars, it will be -0. If you want the roof done incorrectly then hire them. If you want damage done to your property because of their shoddy work that’s incorrect, then call them. If you want to be threatened by Mike the owner if you publicly tell others about their horrific job they did, then hire them. They were hired by me in January of this year. From the start, there were big problems. After having two different roofing companies come out and do paid inspections to find out just how bad the roofing job was, they have not taken care of the problems. They lie, they ghost you, and they don’t use knowledge installers. If you want a headache, hire them because they do not honor their contracts, or their workmanship. I spent $23,000 on this roof, which is worth very little. I paid that money cash out-of-pocket. It did not go through my insurance. I know posting on this page will make MICHAEL go crazy and finally stop ghosting me. Which is good because he only has about a week left to resolve this. At this point, I don’t wanna talk to Michael. I want to talk to the other owner.

I used Pride Roofing on several of my rental properties. Pride Roofing is absolutely the worst company to use. Every single person there that I dealt with lied every time they opened their mouth. They do not care about their customers nor …

I received a call from a woman who worked here. After saying hello back and forth, I realized the connection must be poor and she must not be able to hear me, so I decided to hang up and call her back. When she answered I said, "who is this?" She replied, "this is so and so with Pride roofing, how may I help you?" I explained to her that I was just simply calling her back, then she said the same thing, she was calling me back. I said I never called this company. I was just prepared to laugh about it since this has actually happened to me before a handful of times (both ways, me having a missed call and someone having a missed call from me). Sometimes companies sell your info and things happen, it's life. when I say this girl had the worst attitude I've ever heard...yall. she very rudely responded, "oh okay! So I just got a mysterious missed call from you and you never called? Got it, have a great day ma'am," then hung up. I don't care WHO you are or HOW GREAT your company is. I would be embarrassed to have someone like this work for my company, and this alone would make me hesitant to ever seek business here.

Gave Pride roofing a second chance. Called and talked to the office. Was told she would have the the tech that worked my area get in touch and look at the job. Never heard back from anyone. Would not call again!

They showed up, resealed my roof, took my money, and now that I still have leaks, I can't get anyone back out to recheck the roof. I have contacted my salesman several times and left messages on the office phone number. No one has ever returned my calls or showed up to recheck. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

We were interested in obtaining a Fortified Roof for our home. After meeting with quite a few roofers we were most impressed with Johnny Gab of Pride Roofing LLC's presentation and we are glad that we decided to choose this company. The professionalism and attention to detail from tear off of the old roof to installation of the new roof, as well as the cleanup of our property after completion of our new roof was exemplary. Many thanks and our expressions of gratitude go to Johnny Gab, our GAF coordinator Nathan Schneider, and last but definitely not the least, Brandon Davis whose responses and ability to keep things going smoothly was invaluable. Thank you Pride Roofing LLC. J. SINGLETON

Johnny and Pride Roofing were exceptional. Johnny was responsive, courteous and professional. My fortified roof install was clean, fast and the price was extremely competitive. On top of being a pleasure to work with, my homeowners insurance went down by 55% after receiving my fortified roof certificate!!! I highly recommend Pride roofing!

Pride Roofing LLC Did a great job on the roof of my home and garage. Jeremy Schake was great working with me and my insurance company to get my old roof removed and replaced.within a short period of time. I didn't even know I had damage on my roof, but Jeremy Inspected it and documented the damages to help me place a claim with my insurance company. A greater helper I could not have asked the Lord Jesus for, in Jeremy. I pray that he and all who read this review call upon the name of the Lord Jesus and be saved and know that all things work together for good to them that love to Lord. 11-19-24.

I had my roof replaced this summer, by Pride roofing. Their rep Cody was very nice and helped us choose the right roof for our house in Holden. We had no insurance claim so we were very choosy on price and efficiency. The roof looks great! …

I needed a roof inspection. I called around to find a roofing company to inspect my roof. Pride Roofing was the first to respond and come out. The salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable about helping with an insurance claim. Once it was approved, the roof was put on within 48 hours. They were great to work with.
