I used them a couple of years ago. I wouldn’t let them roof my dog house.

He was in a rush. Pulling into my own neighborhood and he cut me off and then brake checked me. Not sure if he does good work, but his reckless driving when close to the job is deplorable.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention however, we prefer you give our office a call with the vehicle number, so we can properly address this - as without this information we cannot do much. Also, we noticed that your reviews are mainly in Texas. We are in Louisiana. Are you sure you are reviewing the right company- as there is one with a similar name in Texas.

The first day they came to work on our roof the men that came wasn't perpare to do the worr. They never even a had knife to trim the seal tabs. They did not match the roof with the correct seal tabs. We called the owner out and told him the problem we had with the men not bringing their equipment and the color they put on the roof. We were told by the roofer it was such a small area that they didn't send out roofers but sent out handy men. We were told it would have been more than $300,00 for the job. We never asked to give any cheaper than what we were told. They had to change 7 seals on the cap. . They were very unprofessional and never came out to correct the problem. I would never ever hire them or even recommend them. I would defintely tell people don't use them.

Hello thanks for informing us about your experience. We are sorry you had a bad experience. On our records we have that we gave you an estimate for $350 dollars, but we were never hired to do the job. I believe you may have us confused with someone else, as we do ask everyone how their experience was even if they do not hire us to do the job. We have looked up the job address provided for the estimate and we believe we have not been back there because we were never hired to do the repairs. We do not sub out work or use handy man to do work for us. Please call and we will be happy to help with what ever need you may have. Thanks

Amazing, top notch company. Everyone there is great to work with. Ruben and Freddy are very professional in providing timely estimates and effective communication. Their crew finished replacing our roof so fast, which we appreciate because we were getting other parts of the house worked on, as well as having a rainy week. Our new roof and gutters look amazing! I never thought I would be obsessed by shingles and gutters but here I am. I definitely recommend RBJ roofing to anyone.

The quality of product (Malarkey Legacy) offered was superior and I was glad to see they are a Malarkey certified roofer. Removal and installation of new roofing was done in ONE day and clean up afterward was very good as well. All …

Ruben was very professional when he came to our house to give us an estimate he brought plenty of samples for us to view and it took me a little while before we made our minds up on what color to go with but he gave me so much information about each shingle maker when we finally chose the color we wanted we paid the deposit and shortly after that they were there doing the job and it looks great I paid the remaining balance and the day after he had his crew come back and paint the roof vents and one of my gutters got bent and they came back and made a new gutter on site he has his own gutter maker so if you're looking for someone to do your roof call RBJ Roofing they will do a great job for and Ruben is a great business man thanks Ruben

The salesman took his time to explain the different roofs and was very patient. The crew that installed the roof showed up on time and did a great job. Could not have expected any better service. Thank you RBJ Roofing.

I would highly recommend RBJ Roofing. They professionally installed a new standing seam roof on my log cabin in Covington. Prior to install, the owner, Reuben, explained the installation process, costs, and warranties. The installation …

Mr. Jermaine Williams replaced my roof and did an amazing job!!!!! He helped make the entire experience painless. He was attentive and answered all of my questions and concerns. He worked with my insurance and made the claims process a seamless one. His crew showed up on the day and at the agreed upon time. They did the necessary prep work to protect my yard and landscaping. The men on his crew were very friendly, hard-working, and respectful. They even helped my 84 year old mother and me negotiate the piles of equipment and supplies in the yard while they were working. She, my groceries, and I all made it into the house safely. I had some interior damage from roof leaks that needed repair. The workers performed the repairs, protected my furniture and floors, and cleaned up. The only sign of them being there was the new paint on the ceiling and walls. The entire job was completed in a day and then a few of the crew returned a some days later to pick up all the loose nails that had fallen from the roof in the meantime. In addition, I had a fence replaced by RBJ. This task was completed in excellent fashion!!!!! I was very impressed and pleased with RBJ Roofing and I will be recommending the company to all my colleagues, family, and friends. With Highest Regards, Laquita Shepherd, M.D.
