  Despite a clearly posted no bills, no knock sign, an employee knocked on the door. I asked him if he had read the sign 3 feet in front of him, he said yes and I told him to leave. A couple hours later they drove up and left a card on the door. They state "integrity" on the card, but their actions prove otherwise.

  Had 1 physically damaged solar panel, gutters, fence and full roof replacement. NTC took care of all of it and even took into consideration my suggestion for looking for damage to my panels which turned into 5 more being damaged. They did a great job on clean up and full communication, their claims department handled the insurance with zero issues. Both my neighbors used them after seeing my roof.

  NTC truly gives 5 star customer service, and theygo above and beyond even after the work is completed, I had wind damge a year after replacement and David the owner came out and personally identified the issue and repaired it himself. I will never use anyone else and recommend them to anyone who wants the best team on the biggest investment. Thank you David and the whold NTC team.
