  The work was ok knowing now about siding I realized some issues they definitely could have paid more station to. My issue was the put holes in my roof with pump jacks leading to leaks in my bathroom. After being notified they never came out to fix the problem I had to call another roofer not to mention the thousands of dollars it cost to repaint and fix my ceiling. I was told the would rectify the issue. I never received a call back after numerous attempts. This winter numbers gutter guards came off my roof. They are like razor blades and I have a 5 year old that could have been hit. I noticed they were only secured by very little screws. Again I called someone else’s do fix this issue. I would normally not make a review, but that was endangering my daughter so I felt inclined. Being a business owner, I know taking someone’s money and promising to stand behind Your work is super superior! Seems like their job was done and didn’t care to rectify any issues or problems they made along the way. Here is our communication. No response from the team as they stated in there comments below. That in fact did NOT follow through. Left me to deal with the issue on my own.

  We are deeply sorry for your experience, and most importantly, for the concern this caused regarding your daughter's safety. There is nothing more important to us than the families we serve, and reading that a child could have been at risk is something we do not take lightly. We want to be transparent: when you first reached out to us in May 2025, we did schedule an appointment and came out to locate the roof leak. We had difficulty pinpointing the source and attempted to reach you at that time, but could not get ahold of you. We have not had any communication from you since, but we absolutely should have followed up more persistently until we resolved the issue. Within 12 hours of your review being posted, we reached out by phone, text, and email because we genuinely want the opportunity to make this right. We have not yet been able to connect, but please know that offer still stands. We would like to: • Inspect the snow guards immediately to ensure there is no ongoing safety risk •Regarding the siding concerns mentioned — a certified James Hardie technician was present and conducted a thorough inspection throughout the installation process. We stand behind that work, and we would welcome the opportunity to have him return for a full re-inspection at your convenience. • Work toward a resolution We hold ourselves to a high standard, and when we miss that mark, we show up.   After meeting with multiple exterior contractors for a job which included replacing over 20 windows, new siding, downspouts, gutters, fascia, etc, it quickly became obvious to me that North Point was the choice. It's very difficult to find a contractor who is honest, fair and easy to work with but the folks at North Point exceeded every expectation. Ashley was incredible to work with throughout the process from beginning to end, very communicative and helpful. The crew, led by Luis, were incredibly hard working and communicated any issue or consideration throughout the project life cycle. Ownership was also involved and wanted to ensure the project met or exceeded expectations. They do not cut corners and want to do the job once and correctly, which is exactly what you want in a contractor. I have already signed on for some roofing work and will be using these folks again in the spring for more. I would recommend these folks to anyone. Happy I found this company and we are thrilled with the results! Great job North Point!!!

  I worked with North Point Exteriors for over a year as they reached out to the Doylestown American Legion Post 210 to offer their help in repairing the 94 year old building that was built by WWI Veterans. Bottom line - the team of professionals were amazing to work with and their quality was top notch. They took so much pride in their workmanship! The owners could not of been more helpful from planning to execution and answered all our questions. In addition, they donated their labor cost to help keep our home viable to continue our mission to serve veterans and the community! I highly recommend North Point and Bravo Zulu (well done) for the outstanding work in support of our local veterans !!! Fair winds and following seas ! Thank you 🙏

  North Point was a pleasure to work with and we’re so happy we chose them. Being new to the state and away from people we can turn to for contractor referrals, we took a chance with Brian and his crew, and we’re so happy we did! The whole crew was talented, knowledgeable in the field, diligent, prompt, friendly, and honest. We will definitely call on them again for future work and we have told neighbors about them and will continue to do so. Thanks everyone at North Point for all of your hard work!

  I'm not normally a "leave a review" kind of guy, but I wanted to thank North Point for their fantastic work on our home! We first used North Point to repair a leak in our roof - it was a small job but they did great work (no more leak). Then in November of 2024, a tree fell on our house and busted up the roof pretty badly. Over the next 12 months, Brian and the team were incredibly responsive, patiently helped walk us through working with our insurance company (and - through multiple rounds of back-and-forth - how to do so in a way that wouldn't disadvantage us), and rebuilt our roof, front facade, interior, garage, and more. But we didn't just re-build; we took the opportunity to update the home, to change the look, and - in a few cases - do some things that North Point had never done before. With a "whatever you want" attitude, the team came through to install a new pivot front door, a Corten steel facade, and more. Brian, Louis, Mike, and the whole crew were professional, kind (especially when my 3 year old wanted to "help"), and did great work. If something wasn't just the way I wanted it to be, they came back and did it again until we were happy with the result. And we're still in touch as the work settles through different seasons; they just want to make things right and go the extra mile to do so. Maybe the best testimonial I can give is that I will continue to go back to North Point time and again to work with them as new projects come up. They've not only helped us rebuild our house, but they walked with us through a process that we had never done before as advocates and friends.

  I hired North Point to build a portico. I am very happy with the results. They showed up when they said and even worked weekends. I have gotten many compliments from neighbors, including the building inspector who said they did a great job. I would highly recommend North Point.

  Tyler, Luis, and the entire team were excellent to work with from start to finish. The installers were professional, efficient, and did great work. Communication throughout the process was clear, and I really appreciated their flexibility and responsiveness along the way. Overall, I’m very happy with the outcome and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for roofing work.

  Great experience from initial sales meeting through installation. Materials and craftsmanship were excellent. Communication was excellent throughout. They did roof, flashing, soffits, gutters and siding and it was all really well done. Their work has definitely increased the value and curb appeal of our home.

  My contractor was very professional and keep me well informed. The roof is beautiful and done in 1 day. The dumpster had a portable bathroom on it. They cleaned up everything and ran a magnet over lawn for nails. I Recommend there work.

  North point did an excellent job. Ashley was amazing and was patient with me the whole way. Luis and his team were able to do everything and more to make the house look great. We had siding done on the house and shed, new gutters, closed up 2 windows on the house. I highly recommend this company to others.

  From beginning to end of a large outdoor renovation the team at North Point Exteriors was absolutely amazing. Despite the stress I felt they made the process so easy to get done. The team was clean and kept the property tidy throughout the entire project. All my questions were answered quickly and the few changes in the midst of construction was implemented seamlessly. All concerns were address immediately. I can not recommend them enough! From planning to competition North Point made me feel like family and that my project was their only priority! Tyler, the sales rep, was super helpful throughout the entire process. If you are looking for a outdoor change or repair North Point is the way to go! Thank you to the team the project turned out better than I could have ever imagined and hear complements daily on how gorgeous the house looks!
