  Somehow they got my cell number and have sent a handful of unsolicited texts. I held off on saying something, but after a certain point, maybe leaving a review will teach these fools to earn business, not just harass people.

  PHASE ZERO. Zero communication, zero respect. Do not hire this company. We got permits for a deck mid April. We had to call and ask when our deck was going to be installed after hearing nothing from them for 8 weeks. If we didn’t call I wonder if they even would’ve provided services? They told us they split with Jim who did the decks for them. He was the reason we used phase 4 for our deck in the first place. Anyway, now it’s end of July, I have a deck that has yet to pass township inspection and needs to be torn down and rebuilt because they couldn’t get it right the first time. OR THE SECOND TIME. Phase 4 left trash all over my yard which I had to clean up myself or it would still be sitting there. Phase 4 can send me spam messages about my roof and hang road signs all over Montgomery county but can’t have someone come clean up trash. Today, I had to call Matt, the owner of Phase 4 to try to get a plan for when our deck would be fixed and he hung up on me because I RAISED MY VOICE AT HIM. Imagine giving money for goods and services, patiently waiting for them for 12 weeks while your summer passes bye and not being angry at the person who you gave that money too? Save yourself from the nightmare we are living.

  Leaves ugly, unsolicited advertising along the roadways. Don't do business with a company that has to resort to spam levels of advertising and doesn't respect the communities that they serve!

  I’m extremely satisfied with the work done by Phase 4 Contracting. They were honest, responsive, and never pressured us into unnecessary repairs. The finished roof looks excellent, and the entire experience was smooth from beginning to end.

  Jim and his team built a beautiful composite deck and even fixed the door frame that had been built incorrectly by a previous contractor. He was easy to work with and got it done in record time!

  Sorry, we were not within your budget. We give our customers an allowance for the materials, we do not mark up any materials and as far as the workmanship I would put our work against anybody's. Sorry it didn't work out. Please keep us in mind for your next project.

  The experience is had with phase 4 contract was amazing the customer service was phenomenal. My deck looks like it's straight out of a magazine. Pricing was fair. The time frame for the work was 7 days it actually was done in 5. Nice job .

  If I could do 6 or more stars I would. Great job with siding, porches, gutters, shutters and re-installing windows correctly by poor installation by a subpar contractor prior. They were professional, efficient, kind, worked incredibly hard and cleaned up every evening. I have three dogs that could have been a bit of a challenge, but they handled it all so well and smoothly. I am a Realtor and I know my expectation are high. Matt made sure, with his amazing team, that nothing was not attended to. Would truly recommend them for siding, windows, roofing (did mine 7 years ago), porches and any interior/exterior additions needed. Kudos to Phase 4 Contracting and their crew!
