  These guys literally called me everyday (9 times) to solicit for the last week and a half. Don't appreciate the harassment guys. If a person doesn't respond to your dozen "follow-ups", you can reasonably and should deduce they are no longer interested in your work.

  Hello Bruce, I am sorry if you feel that our follow up to your original repair request was harassment. We take pride in great communication and follow up. If we followed up too many times, it’s probably because we never received a response back as to whether you were still interested in the repairs that we submitted an estimate for. I wish you would reconsider the 1-star review that now affects our overall rating, due to us following up on your original request that we never received a response to. Thanks for your input.

  Disappointed with Ineffective Repairs and Poor Service I recently hired RAM exteriors for a roof repair after they conducted an inspection and identified the necessary fixes. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite their assurances, the roof continued to leak even after the repair work was completed. When I reached out to them for a resolution, their response was dismissive; they simply suggested that I replace the entire roof instead of addressing the faulty repair. I had expected professional service and durable repairs, but what I received was subpar work and a lack of accountability. It's disheartening to trust a company with your property only to realize that their expertise doesn't match their claims. For anyone considering RAM for roofing services, I would advise caution based on my experience. The lack of effective problem-solving and customer service was a major letdown. Clarifying the Property Owner's Perspective on Roofing Issue and Service Review: I appreciate your perspective on the situation with the roofing issues at my rental property. However, I would like to offer my point of view for a clearer understanding. When I engaged your services, it was with the expectation of a professional solution to the existing leak. While I acknowledge your technician's efforts in conducting patchwork repairs, the problem persisted. The suggestion to replace the roof and repair the chimney, though valid, involves significant investment, and as a property owner, it's reasonable to seek multiple opinions and cost-effective solutions before committing to such extensive work. Moreover, insisting that the chimney is the source of the leak without conclusive proof seemed presumptive, especially considering the history of the issue and previous attempts to address it by different professionals.   The workers didn't even work at my house, however they parked in my driveway, almost hit my new car, pretended they didn't know what I was talking about and put trash all over the street..so I complained to the company and they sort of took care of it, however they came back after I got done work and didn't leave until 8:30..then my trash can appeared back on Friday afternoon!

  Rick is terrible - came outside of two hour window so I wasn’t there. I called him when I got home no answer, called later same day left a message never called back. Called office lady said he would email me a quote , never heard from anyone there after that. Thanks for wasting my time - unprofessional joke of an outfit 2.5 to be clear for the public your email was sent after my google review was posted. 3 phone calls and a voicemail 2 months go by with no response, but you respond to a negative google review in 1 hour. My roof was leaking into my 3rd floor bedroom as I mentioned to you so no this is far too late it has been serviced.

  Run, don't walk, find somebody else, anybody else to do your roof. RAM exteriors sent undocumented , uninsured and unsupervised workers who did a really bad job and didn't use the specified materials. RAM repaired some of the mistakes, and then things dragged on for weeks and months after the job, RAM did not pay for the building permit w the township, RAM did not register the warranty. After dozens of phone calls, having to take time off work, it's finally... a bad roof. I'm still finding pieces of shingle blowing off... 3 months after the job.

  We had our shutters replaced on 14 windows. I bought my own black shutters after talking with Rick about the quality I was purchasing. I coordinated installation with Joe who was great and he responded quickly with any questions I had. There were old flower box brackets on the top 5 windows and it was no problem when I requested brackets be removed. Very good installation price. We received many compliments and recommended RAM Roofing & Exteriors to our neighbors. I'll paint the door black and outside will be completed. Before and after pics.

  After a storm we noticed some wetness in our ceiling. Called RAM and the response was very quick and we were lucky it was an easy fix, done in minutes and saved further damage. I highly recommend.

  Got a new roof with Ram Roofing and it was an easy and simple process. Rick came for the estimate and explain everything in details so I could understand the whole process, unlike other companies that was hard getting estimates from or they want to push a product you don't want. They stay in touch with me through the whole process. Guys came nice and early and made sure they cleaned up everything after. I would recommend anyone to this company. Prices were comparable, highly recommend them. 5 stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟

  I recently had my roof replaced by RAM roofing & exteriors, along with worn-out shutters replaced, 4 windows capped where the vinyl capping was peeling, and new aluminum capping installed on the front of my house. Rick Bevilacqua came out to give us the estimate, and you could immediately tell he was very experienced. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and kept in communication with us from the beginning to the end of the project. We are very pleased with the quality of the materials used and the workmanship throughout the job. After the roof replacement, Nick and Gavin completed the finishing work and did a great job as well. I highly recommend RAM roofing & exteriors for their excellent workmanship, great communication, and dedication to making the customer happy.
