Mike texted while on vacation, came out as soon as he returned from vacation, was prompt with his quote. Once he arrived on the job site and determined it was going to take less than he expected he honestly reduced his price. A very refreshing situation.

North End Contracting replaced our siding, facia, soffit, and gutters. They did excellent work and completed the job on schedule despite missing work days due to a snow storm. Mike was very accommodating to changes and was frequently on site to make sure the project was proceeding as planned. The cost of the job was very competitive compared to our other bids. Highly recommend them.

I reached out to North End Contracting to get an estimate on storm damage to my home. They responded immediately and sent an adjuster out to evaluate my home. They worked with my insurance company. They kept me informed on projects. I’m extremely satisfied with the work they did.

Mike has been a pleasure to work with. He has responded quickly to texts, emails, and calls throughout the entire process. He was patient in waiting for us to receive word as to whether or not our insurance would cover the work done on our roof. He went above and beyond by sending multiple updates with pictures over the course of the 2 days of work done on our roof and even helped my wife by moving her car while she had her hands full with our two small children. His crew was also very friendly and would wave and play with our 2yr old son through the window. I would recommend Mike and North End Contracting to anyone in the Twin Cities area.

My wife and I bought a fixer upper in April. The first thing we did immediately after the closing was replace the roof. North End Contracting was recommended by someone I trust. Mike and his crew were efficient, courteous and respectful of our property and our neighbors properties. We’d recommend North End Contracting to all of our friends and neighbors.
