  We used EZ Home Solutions for a few windows since the company that did the rest of them was unable to finish. We had 3 sliders and one crank out window. We went on vacation shortly after the install and came back to all 3 of the sliders being bowed out and ice built up around the locks and inside the windows. When we called Josh who sold us the windows, he almost immediately became confrontational and claimed that we must have left them unlocked and so we were, and I quote, “shit out of luck.” My wife, who was the one who initially called them and who was the one in contact with them since I have to work in person and she was at home, called the owner of the company expecting he would be more willing to help us. He was just as rude and unwilling to help as Josh. They weren’t even willing to come to our house and look at the windows without us paying a service fee. Both of them eventually stopped even talking to my wife. I had to take time away from work to call and have a few very heated conference calls with the two of them which eventually lead to them having the subcontractor who installed the windows come out. He immediately recognized that the insulation he had done (spray foam) didn’t work and spent multiple trips redoing that. After having to contact a lawyer and threaten a lawsuit, we finally got in touch with the manufacturer of the windows who eventually agreed to replace the sashes, even though it was still supposed to be warrantied by EZ Home Solutions for the first year. The manufacturer’s installer came out today and replaced the sashes. When I told him everything that had brought us to this point and how EZ Home Solutions insisted that we left the windows unlocked and ruined them, he told me that the problem was that the installers didn’t line up the locks properly so instead of the locks pulling everything tight they actually pushed the sash away from the frame causing moisture to get in which froze and caused the bowing.   I decided to go with another company for siding that has been in business for 35 years since they had good reviews and were about $8000 cheaper than EZ Home Solutions. Josh, the EZ Home salesman, decided to call and email me one day after I had unsubscribed from their email list. I emailed him to let him know I had signed a deal with someone else. This was his reply - "All ya had to do was send me an email or make a phone call that said you were signing with an inferior company and a less quality product and I could have stopped calling you , good luck sir with the 15k bid". I contacted more than a dozen contractors about my siding job and never encountered anyone else so rude. In my 42 years on this earth, he is the only person I've met that I felt the need to say "go f!@# yourself" to. I will never call this place for any job ever again.

  Please don't go door to door for free inspections and then when I say I'm not interested ask me why and pester me about it. A polite "Have a nice day" and moving on would have been nicer.

  The guy Robert Ogeay is terrible and not patient at all and screwed my parents over and over charged them but also LIED! If I was the boss I would never let an employee like that work for my company! Giving a bad name and reputation to EZ! …

  No we were supposed to get a fridge like 5 days ago and they keep telling us oh I'll bring it on Tuesday and they never brought and then they said for sure Wednesday and it's still not here

  I needed a new roof on my house and garage, and EZ Home Solutions was terrific from start to finish. There was excellent communication and attention to detail before and after the project. My roof turned out great and I will not hesitate to call them again in the future.

  We recently had a few windows and a sliding door replaced, and the entire experience was fantastic. Josh was a great resource who kept us informed throughout the process, while Derek and Darren handled the installation with expert craftsmanship. They were incredibly attentive to detail—they even added a block to firm up a door corner (fixing a 40-year-old squeak!) and added a trim piece to hide the ends of our floorboards that hadn't been there before. They kept the workspace clean and were very mindful of our cats to ensure they didn't get out. While there was a wait for manufacturing and scheduling, the quality of the work was well worth it. I’ll certainly be hiring them again!
